I think Pamela was being a bit to PC. It is the "whole of Islam". It's not to say every Muslim observers everything Islam has to say. There are many Muslims that are peaceful in spite of Islam, and not because of it. Those that do not believe in Allah or his final messenger are to be subjugated. But I can tell you that in the West I was able to reassess Islam and my conclusion is that a lot of effort needs to be made in muslim countries.
