LOL its dam expensive, EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE, the meat is super expensive and the food in general is expensive, BUT SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! U can walk into a normal convient store and get a delicious bento box, the bakeries there are just WOW! So good, u can get so fat by eating their snacks and everything, but everything comes in small quantities even the mcdonalds is better. It rocks, tokyo is amazing but populuted, i didnt really like it that much i like ken something better.

You must have been only been to Tokyo. Everywhere else is normal price. I live on about 7 to 8 bucks a day and eat four meals a day. Usually with fish or other meats. I pay less to eat here than I did when I lived in Hawaii.

To IADEEIENA,If you want to see Japan on a budget, go to Osaka/Kobe...your money will gfo a long way and you'll see how the real Japanese live. Tokyo is like a Japanese disney land.

lol i kno, What I was trying to say before wan Kobe, thats the place. I dont like Osaka though, it wasnt great. Except kobe is beautiful, i went to mall there that was so cool and modern. U will notice a few things in Japan somethings theyre WAAAYY ahead of us in northamerica. But somethings theyre very tradtionnal for example the houses.

Nice song, tokyo is cool but the young ppl there feel their cooler than the rest of the world. Tokyo really good for shopping ppl come from taiwan to go shopping there and stuff. Buts its really over populated and crowded, REALLY CROWDED!!! but its still cool.
