At the Associated Press website, click "AP Images" at bottom left corner. Search "Obama Medvedev delegation" and the captions show that Obama is introducing Medvedev to the US delegation at the Kremlin on 7/6/09.
One of the pics shows David Axelrod in the welcome line, he is Obama's Senior Adviser at the White House. This was Obama introducing Medvedev to his staff the same way he did in Saudi Arabia with the King.

They do stuff like this all the time, they work 24/7 at it.
They use the Internet as their propaganda tool, and sadly many People fall for it,
me included.

He is not being snubbed! The people who are suppose to be doing the Snubbing Are American Officials.
He is just introducing them to Russian President Bmitri Medvedev!

I heard that the start of the line is the Russian folks, and that the video is edited to show the end of the line where the Americans are. The host countries always have their folks at the start of the line. But I'm not sure. It looks like he's looking at their hands and wants to shake them. It's sad that the video is cut, so we may never know. It looks like it's NBC video. Why would they cut it? I have heard that Russians are very racist wrt dark skinned people. I hope it's fake...
