@janbaars Hi Jan, great question, I think it could be several things that are causing causal visitors; 1. Someone may not have a lead page, so they loose contact with the vistor 2. The content didn't hit the right emotional cord with that person so they didn't feel compelled to continue further. 3. This is a combination of 1 & 2, your message has to be consistent through the process or the person will disengage. Hope that helps :o)
