  • Wait, she just said that "because you provided no evidence contrary to what the officer has provided" that you are guilty! Yet you weren't even allowed to question the witness? So what evidence does the court want you to provide to prove your innocence?

  • You have my fully support against the stupid and crooked american Government!

    Truly yours

    Armen Gukasan / Glendale California

  • Hallo,

    My name is Anastasia Volujskij.

My brother lives in Glendale / California and had experience first hand the corruption and hypocrisy of the Glendale police.

My brother in law is called groundless in the Internet as child molesters, and because of these lies was so brutally beaten up several times, but the police is doing nothing!

Do we not would to team up for a class action lawsuit against the hypocritical police?

You can find me on Facebook and YOU can write me!

    Sincerely, Anastasia

  • oops

  • @MmmmYeahSure ......oops indeed

  • I hope everything works in your favor. Good luck

  • Submit an "Affidavit of Prejudice" against that judge. Submit a Objection Motion to Strike" to her ruling. A judge must rule in the matter of fact and law. She ruled on statutory presumptions and without proving any elements of a crime. Her judgment is VOIDS! Absolute nullity on its face. She just violated your Sixth Amendment Right. You have a right to face your accuser if the cop is a witness where is his evidence of a complaining party?

  • "[a] full cross-examination of the witness upon subjects of his examination in chief is the absolute right, not the mere privilege, of the party against whom such witness is called, and denial is prejudicial error." Minner v. United States, 57 F.2d 506, 512 (10th Cir. 1932)

  • really.... wow..... i think its pretty clear cut. you (if representing yourself) or the lawyer should ALWAYS have an oppertunity to cross examine. all i can say is wow.

  • All I can say is WOW!! I'm not allowed to cross examine the witness? No way the apeal can be denied on this one! NO WAY!!

  • They're all cock suckers. Wait till the SHTF. Then hunt em down. You know their names.

  • Hey, brother. Please subscribe to my channel! First story is this Friday. I go to court tomorrow for a possession "case." What form of remedy am I seeking? The return of my property. Going to be very interesting to say the least.

  • Simply unreal!! So, what's your next move?

  • Tactikalguy1 is a champion. If--no, when half the American People learn to conduct themselves in court and take these crooks' money, then liberty will be reborn.

    Thanks for another informative upload!

  • due process, not someone's interpretation of due process.. I believe "cross examination" of a witness is part of that due process.. is due process a process that is due a defendant as well as a plaintiff..? any attorney's out there know..?

  • Hope you had a court reporter with you putting all this on record!

  • This completely reminds me of a scene from Interstate 60. Freaking youtube doesn't have it in English but in Italian. It's a place where all everything is about the law and all charges are trumped up so all the lawyers can make money. I suggest watching this movie..especially in your situation. Here's a clip voice over Italian /watch?v=Dj8TeSwKb4s

  • Its not just there its everywhere. No one is above this.

  • Wow man they just took a big ass stick and fucked you in the ass with it (no Vaseline) Good luck on remedy man may you fight on the righteous fight. I'm here with you on the other side of the country.

  • @teckniec2 ..... Hahahaha isnt that what criminals do? Rape people and rob them? There is no difference here except it is done under color of law. Hope you dont get raped too hard yourself :p

  • @Tactikalguy1 ya they have mastered brain washing so people think getting f'd by the state is something they did wrong lol. My plan about to set fourth in the next 3 months will either end me up with a nice settlement or in jail for a couple months. I hate jail but I hate living a lie even more. I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil - Dark, cheerless, dismal as it seems, I will dread nothing. The true friend of God has nothing to fear in that dark valley.

  • Ticket, your approach to this matter is wrong. You need to be the plaintiff not the defendant in your cases. You need to file an administrative complaint in regards to your citations. This way you become the plaintiff. I highly suggest you check out Rod Class. He has developed an approach that currently caused a judge to recuse himself from a case. Please Ticket do yourself a favor and learn Rod's approach.

If you are interested let me know and I'll direct you to the info.

    Peace and good luc

  • @3EIHCIR Thank you for the name. I'm always looking for good educators.

  • already 27 views lol. to bad its not 270,000

  • You da man.

  • @PostToastie ............ Im a dead man. Dead man walking but god is with me so when they come for me, I'll be ready for their false charges!!!!

  • WOW!!! How is this facing the accuser if the accuser is not questioned?

  • In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

  • Every party has a right to cross-examine a witness produced by his antagonist, in order to test whether the witness has the knowledge of the things he testifies and if, upon examination, it is found that the witness had the means and ability to ascertain the facts about which he testifies, then his memory, his motives, everything may be scrutinized by the cross-examination. I just was looking up who has the right to cross examine a witness.@LordShield2012

  • I don't think you would have to be a lawyer to cross examine any one. Am i wrong?@LordShield2012

  • @LordShield2012 In Florida you add "Pro Se" next to your name indicating you're representing yourself and under this capacity you're entitled to act as your own lawyer and thus cross-examine your adversary (Plaintiff or Defendant) and everything else.

  • @christinabreault @LordShield2012 by using "pro se" you submit to the jurisdiction of the court, if you want to dispute the jurisdiction you don't want to use "pro se", research "in propria persona"

  • @christinabreault O ok i see.

  • so she thinks you have to be an attorney huh what are your thoughts on that?

  • @widowerson .... I told her that we were going to federal court and she turned pale.
