The Fast Response Unit also use bikes, to get faster to the location.

@1stresponder1 similar in Germany: The doctor units/emergency physican units (like Sprint cars in the US, Rapid Response Vehicle in GB or Medic Car in Danmark) are used to get to the scene faster than an ambulance. There are First Responder and NEF (short for Notarzteinsatzfahrzeug)
