@ronin954 Osu! No this is an early video put out by Ashihara Kai Kan when Joko Ninomiya was still part of Ashihara. He left Ashihara Kai Kan to form Enshin Kai Kan in 1988.
@lenm1345 i found english version of this DVD on ebay.i searched everyday and one girl from midwest sold me just $10.00 i also had 2 other DVDs that ashihara made in 1987.i contacted to south afica ashihara karate club,and he sold me $50.00
good teaching ; excellent fastness of kicks ,yr style has potential ! those principles work even today- to certain amount. with skilled kickboxers not that well.osu.
