  • thank you so much. my textbook doesn't go into detail on this and my AP economics teacher does a horrible job at explaining (he gets excited and just rambles on and on). This video was very helpful. Thank you.

  • thank you so much ...you did an awesome job now I understand ...plus it helped me with my hw..

  • you can't really see the colors and dashed lines... but, awesome. thanks.

  • On the rental housing the area of the new consumer surplus was incorrect, because he didn't draw the shift inward in the demand curve(the decrease of demand)...

  • o daku na e boj icik tepricen konsumatore kur sasia ndrysho me nga 10 njesi se kshu na e ka msu dhe doriana neve skemi nevoj per ty. shnet

  • good job

    thanx

    r.

  • wow...thanks ;)

  • Very helpfull. Thank you so much

  • And why would the number of homes availabvle go down?

They would just have to lower their rents if they wanted to make any money!

And 'consumers' are not all earning the same. A reduction in rent would dissproportionately help the poorest.

But hey, who cares about the poorest these days?

  • Very simplistic diagram. There will not be a straight line relationship between demand and what people will pay.

The number of people who would be willing to pay 20-30 dollars for the same CD wouldn't be that high.

  • this guy sucks. get organized.

  • Thanks alot. That was very helpful. I'll ace my course.
