Does anyone know where you can get in from Canada? I've only found one place and it costs about $50 plus shipping and handling. I really want this game but I'd rather not spend so much. Why is this one $50 when the Word Coach and French coach cost only about $20???
Do you think (anybody that knows a great deal of spanish and have this game or have just watched videos because you do speak spanish natively) that this would be any good for intermediate or higher would it have any benefit? Would it help you be able to think in spanish?
Its because the version is geared for the North American market. Latin American Spanish has a few variations from the Spanish from Spain. In Spain they Vosotros, but it's not really used in Latin America. Thats probably why. ;)
Oh, I see... thanks! I´m from Spain, that´s why I found wierd that mexican flag. I guess people of the USA find more useful to learn latin spansih than spaniard spanish.
I have this game but its the French version (my french coach). Spanish is my fisrt language so I didnt need that one, what I can say after playing the game for a while is that you definitely cant expect to become ANYWHERE near fluent with this game. You can however learn new words with it and some sentences, a friend of mine has the spanish version and we both agree that there are a few errors in both of them but still a nice way to learn new words and phrases.
This game is a great tool to learn spanish vocabulary. I've been using it a while and its fun and something useful to do a little bit every day. Saying that, it doesn't do great with grammar, so you'll need something else to learn some of that.
yeah its pretty cool to learn another language with. I don't know if you would be speaking fluently, pero sabes mas vocabulario para juego (you know more vocabulary from the game).
