  • IN MY FIRST FUCKING COMMENT I ASKED WHICH ONE WAS LEGAL. so ya that isnt off subject. Obviously if you cant comprehend what i stated in that comment you should be the one eating a fat dick. your the "drug warrior" attacking every comment someone posts with a different view than yours!!!! But ill agree to disagree so you can shut the fuck up.

  • stupid people. cant stand them and then u know what they'll end up on benefits which pisses me off get a job and a LIFE seriously dont have time 4 any people like that no more iv seen enough!!!!

  • yea i know what u mean.. every drug has its positives and negatives.. people dont realize till its too late.. o well

  • " nothing feels right, when im not high "

I have felt like that before.

But im out of my abuse now , so im fine. U dont have to worrie

  • whats the name of that song? that is playing? does anyone know?

  • @paigerooni521 just google the lyrics and it'll pop up

  • @ninjaninja246 omg! thanks u helped me alot :) i was looking for the name of that song for ever and that never even crossed my mind for some reason XD thanks again :)

  • @paigerooni521 haha, no problem :)

  • ill tell you the best way to stop using drugs. start smoking weed! worked for me

  • @bryanreize1 Not to come across as a dick but weed is a drug it has active compounds that alter your state of mind. You are doin nothing more then replacing your addiction and rationalizing it through hippy logic.

  • @whatizthisidonteven yea weeds a drug but it dont have much negative effects

  • @bryanreize1 According to your spelling grammar and punctuation errors it does. I really hope English isn't your first language. Smokers cough, mental addiction, commonly used as an escape from reality, and many more. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against weed I'd still be smoking if it wasn't for my job but just because it is now commonly accepted for people to use it doesn't make it OK. Look at cocaine in the 80's everyone thought that coke wasn't that bad but guess what?

  • @whatizthisidonteven Ive been smoking weed for 2 years? and I don't have a smokers caugh and I could stop any day if I wanted to. I don't use it as an escape from reality ethier because I still do the normal every day stuff, just high. Give me some other reasons why it's bad? I bet you can't. It actually helps my anxiety to and makes me a more open/social person.

  • i havent seen anyone addicted to marijuana ever...hmmm but i have seen alcoholics, lost my uncle to it. which one is legal again?

  • @Chronic4o2o0Cannabis That doesnt make weed not a drug and although the addiction may not be physical it is habit forming and mentally addictive so ummmmmm what point were you trying to make again? A DRUG IS A DRUG IS A DRUG.

  • @whatizthisidonteven weed is not addictive at all, if some one who is "mentally addicted (doesnt happen)" gets cut off they dont go into a depraved state. also marijuana was made illegal through false data, they used to say it cause ppl to become murderers or go crazy. there is also a 20 year study about the addictive properties which have shown there r none, be it mental or physical. if u want me to i will send u the link to this information. research before u post

  • @weedman1324 Mental addiction I know someone who smokes a j on the way home from work everyday although it may not seem like it that is a mental addiction he does it daily for stress even when he isnt stressed. Mental addictions happen with things like coffee. Just because you don't go into a depraved state doesn't mean you aren't addicted to a substance.

  • @whatizthisidonteven Chronic consumption of caffeine can induce physiological dependence.

The following a decent description of "psychological addiction."

"Drug addiction is a chronically relapsing disorder that has been characterized by (1) compulsion to seek and take the drug, (2) loss of control in limiting intake, and (3) emergence of a negative emotional state (eg, dysphoria, anxiety, irritability) reflecting a motivational withdrawal syndrome when access to the drug is prevented. ...

  • @weedman1324 Marijuana was actually made illegal the first time because it was cheaper to process and made more money then cotton where is the false data in that? Lol it has been proven that if you already have schizophrenia THC can make the symptoms much more pronounced leading to being fully schizophrenic after long periods of time.

  • @whatizthisidonteven ... Drug addiction has been conceptualized as a disorder that involves elements of both impulsivity and compulsivity that yield a composite addiction cycle composed of three stages: 'binge/intoxication', 'withdrawal/negative affect', and 'preoccupation/anticipation' (craving)."- Neurocircuitry of addiction / PMCID: PMC2805560. ...

  • @CNSagent Ummm why are you telling me this marijuana is mentally addictive you are replying to the wrong person.

  • @whatizthisidonteven Excuse me, your definition of "addiction" was incorrect & you neglected to mention that coffee not only induces psychological addiction but physiological dependence as well.

Not all individuals become addicted to drugs - it depends on the experiences an individual has been through, & the enviorment which surrounds them. There is not one definitive cause, or predisposition to drug addiction. Generally, cannabis is no more addictive than caffeine.

  • @CNSagent Who said it was. An addiction is something that causes a habit. It was a habit for him to smoke a J ergo and addiction. But still you making a pointless argument marijuana is mentally addictive therefore your points and the arguments you are making are moot.

  • @whatizthisidonteven Okay, you're obviously not going to play nice - rather you choose to ignore valid statements.

Is there some rule I'm unware of? A rule entailing that I must not mention anything that is even slighty off-subject when commenting on YouTube? C'mon, I never intended to argue with you. I was simply clarifying a statement.

  • @CNSagent No but generally when you want to clarify a statement or make a point you make a point about the subject at hand. I mentioned caffeine because it is a good comparison to something that cause mental addiction, same as marijuana. Marijuana is mentally addictive You cant say it isn't because even by the definition you and I know as mentally addictive it is. What statement where you trying to clarify in the first place?

  • @whatizthisidonteven The statements about addiction & caffeine.

  • @weedman1324 I am studying to become a pharmacist maybe when you learn to spell and get some formal education you can step to my level and maybe school me on something but so far all you have is hippy logic and a few links from google run along now.

  • @whatizthisidonteven haha hippy logic, i hate hippies. u have no logic behind anything u say, only your personal opinion. and just because u r studying to be a pharmacist doesnt mean u know everything about drugs. maybe u know pills and just medical uses. but u have no clue about other drugs, lsd, pot, ext. u have to do these drugs to know about them. fucking square. and get to your level? no thanks i like to be open minded, not a controlled little bitch like u. have fun being lame! ;)

  • @weedman1324 I don't need logic if I'm dropping science nigga. Scientific fact is far from personal opinion to be a pharmacist you must know all drugs legal and illegal how they can react with each other and the way they effect the chemicals in your brain and the effects on the body. I know all there is to know about illegal drugs I grew up studying them selling them and doing them I know PLENTY about illegal drugs kid. I am open minded and I will have fun making 100k a year selling drugs.

  • @weedman1324 yo weed man, tryin to bag me a quarter hahaha

  • @whatizthisidonteven ... In my opinion, cannabis is overall the least harmful illicit drug. Cocaine, amphetamine & methamphetamine is less strictly controlled than the limited number of pharmaceutical cannabinoids that exist yet psychostimulant-dopaminergics are far more armful & addictive than cannabinoids.

    (3)

  • @CNSagent What does that have to do with marijuana being mentally addictive the fact is simple the guy said marijuana isn't addictive I said it is I never said anything about anything being good or worse. Why do people have to drag other stuff into the argument.

  • @whatizthisidonteven ... By the way, distilled ethanol is one of the most addictive & detrimental substances in existence.

    (2)

  • @CNSagent Ok and that has what to do with ANYTHING I said that marijuana is addictive I never said it was better for you then alcohol did I. So why are you bringing it into the argument why don't you just quit while you are ahead and read and think. I said marijuana is addictive case and point. Never said it was better then alcohol or other drugs. The only thing I can think of that are negative about marijuana is mental addiction and upper respiratory infections.

  • @CNSagent Please stop making moot points and arguments that have nothing to do with marijuana being addictive or not.

  • @weedman1324 I support freedom of choice & legalization of many prohibited psychoactive drugs. However, I'm compelled to clarify.

Cannabis contains delta-9-THC which modulates dopamine transmission, therefore cannabis is potentially psychologically addictive if abused, or used excessively without a need for it's therapeutic benefits. Although, caffeine & refined sugars also modulate dopamine transmission, & are potentially addictive when consumed frequently as well. ...

  • @Chronic4o2o0Cannabis Is that all you can muster? Shut up? Wow you seem to be an expert on drugs look the definition up in the dictonary. Marijuana = a drug, marijuana is also mentally addictive and habit forming. So you shut up or bring a useful argument to the table.

  • @whatizthisidonteven "marijuana is also mentally addictive and habit forming" - how much other shit has that effect? not just drugs even activities, so to use that as your fucking point is ridiculous. How many things can weed be used for other than getting you high? to ignore the fact weed/hemp SHOULD be legal and NEEDS to be utilized shows your education on the subject. Your really good at holding one sided arguments, while blindly ignoring facts. You should consider a job in law enforcement.

  • @Chronic4o2o0Cannabis Well I was never talking about it being legal or how it should be utilized so your point is moot. I was stating the fact that marijuana is addictive habit forming and a drug. It can also be used for clothes, paper, tinictures, rope, and many other things. It will not be legal anytime soon especially not in the United States seeing as it is illegal around the world. I never said marijuana should be illegal I was stating that it is in fact a drug and is addictive.

  • @Chronic4o2o0Cannabis So go ahead and shut the fuck up saying Im having a one sided argument and bringing moot points and unrelated points into an argument I wasnt having. Eat a meaty dick you fucking retard.

  • @whatizthisidonteven Oh also I know I spelled dictionary wrong I'm just to tired from this thing called a good paying job to go back and fix it.

  • Terrible Promo.

The music is "Thank you for hearing me"-Decent choice, but there's only ONE positive line? "We're going to get through this"

The graphics don't work either. The editing to the drum hits in the music are off.

How about a little good news?

    Nice end graphic.

Overall bad direction on this spot.

    VD Grade: D

Why would I want to watch this depressing show?

  • Doing drugs is for pussies, end of story. Drugs are for people who either cant handle life because they were born with a sliver spoon in their mouth or for people who want to be cool. I have no sympathy for those who get addicted to drugs or alcohol.

  • make money from junkies thats all

  • You have to be retarded to smoke pot, shoot heroin, snort crack or be dependent on alcohol to get through the day. Retarded, not as in the internet "Hey, you're retarded" sort of thing. I mean as in mentally disabled. It's not cool, it's not good for you, and soon you will find it's not fun either.

  • @Langtw look at you stating the obvious

  • @Langtw pot isnt addictive

  • @extremeeXrement1 Where did I say anything about addiction. And yes it is mentally addictive (that means that while you won't have any physical side effects of withdrawal, there will be mental effects.)

  • @extremeeXrement1 Err, yes it is dude.

  • @extremeeXrement1 any drug can be addictive even sugar or chocolate but pot or THC has one of the lowest chances of physical addiction ever (maybe THE lowest)

  • @SmokingEssy7887 so anyone can be addicted to anything if they are weak minded

  • @extremeeXrement1 pretty much so it depends on brain chemisty AND many other things but THC has one of the lowest physical addiction rates of any drug (where you get withdrawals and stuff like that kust like with herion)

  • @SmokingEssy7887 Then why are there so many potheads out there?

  • try to see how long u can go without doing it .get a calander, put an x on the days u smoke when u have less x's in a month u are definately doin good i have zero x's last month well see how this month goes. next year.then hopefully break away from it completely.u know what helps too erase ur dealers phone number ......

  • i was addicted to meth at one point and shook it off, n now i only smoke weed,,i have the occasional hey u wanna get lit friend but i just tell them im busy or make something else, meth is a bitch u can never shake off...even i know im not in the clear if someone was to give me a loaded pipe of meth and a new bic lighter chances are id probably hit it but talking about it definately helps sometimes ....i just try ignoring it like its not there,,its hard to stop doin it.

  • now these people are addicted to all the attention that addiction brings them,so here comes the relapse series,of all the guests of past episodes

  • DEPOPULATION IN PROGRESS

  • Make a difference in someone's life. Get off the sofa and volunteer at a homeless center

  • Life is an "addiction".

  • TLC is like someone that hangs out with the popular people although they dont have much going for themselves. If they see something in trend... they will have to jump on it. One thing that i dont understand with this terrible channel though is the little people popularity. It blows my mind.

  • @Curetona1 wearing a white collar ;)

  • i have to say as an addict (speed) i am just like a regular guy, play video games, hang out with friends, very social and do drugs socially.

  • @staraction

that socially WILL turn into HOOKED! not to burst your bubble. but you HAVE to know. maybe not now...maybe not in 5 years but down the line. BAM!

  • TLC is the most exploitative channel there is. As a former addict they can all go to hell.

  • @bugninja80

Amen. They can all go to hell. :3

  • I went to school with Kevin, the guy on the floor in the beginning!! Holy Shit!! San Marin Highschool! I hope he is doing better after this, really cool guy.

  • TLC, just one more outlet for voyeuristic tragedy junkies!!!

You know what would be really innovative, people helping addicts get clean without profiting off their misery by turning it into a tv show.

    Just a thought...

  • maybe the tv show will help people NOT abuse alcohol and drugs.

here's a thought...there ARE people out there that help addicts get clean without televising it

  • @fraudster23 a lot of the time though the treatment will be free if they allow someone to film them.... so it could just make it easier for people to get help. and what an inspiration to see it happen and to know it is possible

  • @jellybellylambam That's true, I just think it's sad that one would be in a position that treatment would only be available through prostituting oneself for television, especially while one was under the influence and unable to fully understand or appreciate how the airing of such a show might effect their lives in the future. I would just like to see more help without turning addicts into 21st century freak shows for other people's amusement.

  • @fraudster23 maybe they want the help.

    Just a thought.

  • @hoppinglark I don't deny that they want help, I question the intent of the people taping the show for profit.

  • @fraudster23 yeh but then potheads can pretend there addicted and get shitloads

  • @fraudster23 I do agree with this. Fortunately there is a bit of good that comes through it by showing others who aren't or just are getting addicted what it does to people. Showing their grief and horrors will help them realize if they haven't already. Sure as hell keeps me clean XD

  • @Fu3R4 We already have enough shows like this. As a recovering addict of 2 and a half years, I know that seeing what has "yet" to happen can help keep clean people clean, but rarely helps GET people clean, and that those are the people who need help most. I go to meeting and I find that helps me even more than watching TLC.

  • @fraudster23 I think it's good so the world can see what be addicted is like! Maybe it will help someone thinking of doing it, not do it!

  • @gunterfamillia And unfortunately these shows serve as a trigger for some people trying to stay clean. We already have enough of this stuff on tv.

  • @fraudster23 thats one way of looking at it, - a kind of selfish one

    another one is AWARENESS

if such a show makes one person think twice about starting this krap, maybe the show was a good idea after all

    dja ever thinka that ?

  • can i still watch it even thogh i dont have cable?

  • no but i think u can watch it on the computer

  • is this all ready on air? is there a way i can watch it on here or another site?

  • It looks similar to Intervention, because it is a blatant copy, so it is the other show "Hoarding" is just like Hoarders.

TLC should stick to their niche : multi-kids families, cake makers, little people and tattoo shops.

  • Who the fuck gets addicted to weed ?! shits not even fucking physically possible, I wish I could fuckin pack a fat bowl right now, but im not rolling on the flour like a tard out of withdrawal, ugh so stupid.

  • Stupid people get addicted to addiction itself unfortunately

  • If that's how you feel, then why are you watching videos that deal with addiction? Not feeling so good about something in your own life and thought you'd take a break from self loathing to go spread your charm somewhere else......loser

  • I was dicussing marijuana abuse and how although I think it's good that show's bring these subjects to light. It's a huge detriment because so much can turn into propaganda or even worse false stories for entertainment. Plus dealing with an addict is different than any tv story I can gaurantee you from experience.

  • @AnathemusVideos It's not stupidity. It's youth. It's a way of coping. It's in the genes. There is so much to do with addiction that to say it's stupididty is stupid. Just because it is something I would never do, does not mean that I put down somebody who does. Considering that a large majority of addicts are abuse survivors...well they are trying to get in a few happy moments. No one thinks one will become an addict.

  • @AnathemusVideos "Stupid" is subjective and so is your opinion.

  • lol "addicted to weed" it doesnt cause a physical addiction only a mental, that girl shouldnt even be on the show

  • This seems a lot like intervention...Just like their hoarders show seems a like lot...hoarders.

    I don't know, maybe it'll be different?

  • I Want To See The Girls Story. The One At The End That Said She Was Scared.

Looks Like A Great Show To

    Teach Us About Addiction.

  • What is the song in the background called?

  • I've tried to research it but couldn't find anything. It grabs you - I want to know as well!

  • "Thank You For Hearing Me" by Sinead O'Connor. Someone replyed to me and i thought id let you know :)

  • The song is "Thank You For Hearing Me" by Sinead O'Connor.

  • THANK YOU!!!

  • In the beggining did the dude say he was dead or did he say hey its dad?

  • he said "kevin, this is dad"

  • Haha k thx!

  • evidence that is not legally obtained is not useable in a court of law, they cant do shit about it

  • So this is like Intervention on A&E? I know it's a bit different cause the interventiolist works throughout the whole show with the addict, but this seems very similar to Intervention.

  • Won't they get arrested?? They're publishing this on life television...

  • i really want to watch this. :\

  • Truly inspiring seires.

  • The song is

    Thank You for Hearing Me

    by Sinead O'Connor

    (:

  • you are my savior !

  • Omgg. Thank You! I've Been Trying To Figure It Out For A While Now.

  • im really looking forward to watching this show

  • Everybody is addicted to somthing either u buying or selling

  • whats the song?!? i love it!

  • what is this song its a really good song

  • what was that song?

  • Thank You For Hearing Me- Sinead O`Connor

  • Watched my kid like a hawk, trying to keep him away from all illicit things. I quit years ago for the family and to set the example. Then I found a video of him and his friends online smoking a hooka. When I confronted him with it he said "Don't worry abot me dad, I'm clean, that was just fruity tobacco and molasses. I already went through the drug and booze thing years ago in middle school". I was shocked to hear that, I thought I had done a good job! NEVER let your guard down with your kids!
