One of my favorite drummers of all time...i would listen and watch him just to see his amazing drumstyle...his showmanship is still the best out there.
i agree with the comment that shannon was at his best in wrathchild america. that band should have been huge. However, his talent with godsmack is noteworthy. its just a different style.
Very well said yall,,,, if ya wanna see shannon at his "finest" (my opinion) look up some "Wrathchild America" stuff, no offense to "smack" but the talent,variations, and tightness that Wrathchild had left a much wider opportunity for Shannons skills to prevail.
