Tip: keep the daggers for enchanting - to get 100 enchanting just enchant those daggers.

Once again, I stress that Sneak may be leveled up anywhere as long as there is someone within your radius and you remain hidden/unseen. The blind guy is just an easy place to do it.

Blocking was really easy to level too, just find a weak enemy with a fast attack and alternate with healing and blocking- I used Salvianus in the Ratway in Riften.

guys the fastest way to level sneak up is to crouch behind a greybeard with a dagger and keep hitting them and at sneak lvl 30 you can hit at a constant rate and not get caught

Theres something similar for enchancting. You just enchant your cheapest weapons (iron daggers) with your simplest enchantment to level up enchanting. Then you can sell all those daggers!

theres a skill book at the skyforge in whiterun. that will increse your smithing. use it when your smithing is at 99 if you havent already.

@Malkintosh really, because i think its opposite. The way i leveled smithing was by creating thousands of iron daggers. I remember i needed to create about 4-5 daggers to level from, lets say 4-5. But from 99-100 it took around 25 daggers

You can use spare leathers to make Hide Bracers... So don't use all your leather to make strips as it gives you a lot of surplus in strips...
