I will never get tired of this song. I have been watching this vignette since I was a little girl and I still whistle the tune on my walk to work and use it as a nice, slow song to sing babies to sleep.

@EdBoy1215 I've looked up many versions of this song and they all end with either one or both characters being eaten by something. One has them eaten by a cat during the wedding celebration.

It never bothered me before, but I think it's REALLY creepy when they get swallowed by the snake and you can STILL hear Frog's gun going off. That's just spooky.

Well, I've met a number of English people here (retirees, mostly), they all seem like fairly decent, tolerant, folk. Can't honestly say I've ever inquired about inter-species marriages; I suspect that is a little more fringe than most Canadians contemplate. Perhaps you should consider emmigrating from the UK to somewhere you don't hate? Ciao!
