  • Dude, you could of get the best AMD and save save 200

  • One thing I hate about the area I live in, there's no stores that sell high end PC components around, if you can't find it at bestbuy, you're out of luck. Not that I mind ordering from Newegg or similar sites but it would be nice to have a local place to pick things up at from time to time. :)

  • Did you have any problems with the Cooler damaging the motherboard.... I am gona build a setup very similar to yours but I am really afraid that the 1.2kgs CPU cooler would bend the motherboard

  • @wenzu1989

The "huge" cooler does not do any harm to your motherboard.

If you don't trust me, feel free to take a look at Noctua's webpage - they guarantee that your motherboard won't be damaged.

And my system running stable for 9 months - no issues with the cooler...

  • Just photos

  • kyl mullekki kelpais :D

  • That beat mix takes me back to my club hopping days in Miami... nice selection yo. :)

  • @tyrt100

Take a look at my channel and listen to more remixes from me ;)

  • 2000 € plus...

  • how much ram ?? 4GBS

  • @SM7078

Did you watch the vid? Do it again. And how can triple-channel ram be 4GB?

  • ow shit there are 3 ram cards :( sorry 6GB @Mikkaav

  • @SM7078 Np ;)

  • @SM7078 Np ;)

  • haluun sun tietokoneen :) paljo fps crysikses

  • Got my computer at jimms to got the hd radeon 5780 and intel core duo i7 and of course other shit=P

  • This is madness, but I like it

  • Nice Pc, very good, how mutch mony did it costs??

    Soory for bad english

  • i wonder if you could mount another fan on that monster cpu cooler. it would then kick ass. :)

  • Why should I change the fans? I like it the way it is - silent and reliable...

  • Hyva !

  • Nice build & parts, good vid

  • Thanks! ;)

  • @Mikkaav jimms pc store on paras, tilasin just hd5770,steelseries ikarin,g19 näppiksen ja vähä Ram ii

  • someone needs to tell me how to set up a raid 0 :l

  • its in your mobo book :D

  • go into the bios and set it up, then install OS which should recognize a SCSI raid or something like that.

  • In BIOS set the HDDs to RAID mode, then save and reboot your PC, then enter the RAID menu after the BIOS boot and set up the RAID configuration (RAID 0, 1...).

If this is done, continue installing the OS and when it asks for the "Third Party SCSI Or RAID Driver Installation" select it (F6 key if I'm correct) and then insert the MoBo Installation CD to the CD drive and search for the RAID driver...

After the setup installs the RAID drivers, reboot and continue the usual OS installation...

  • is the evga x58 sli le mobo good?

  • Yes it is good...

  • I have the same board chip and close to the same cooler

i use noctua .. but it has 1 radiator and 2 fans ..

i use NZXT case and fan controller..

awesome vid man ,.,. i wish i would have made a video of building mine ... but i have videos of it performing and such :)

  • Did Jimm's pc-store give you a discount or something like that? :D

I've just got the same Noctua cooler too and it works great.

  • I made a great deal with Jimm's PC Store...

Would be nice not to go into detail...

And the cooler is dam good...

Core i7-950 running on 3.80 GHz for 33 days stable with only 28 - 30 degrees in idle...

  • Mahto olla kallis

  • the stock cooler looks so crappy

  • for this specs 850w are too much but if you put in a second gtx295 later its ok ;D

im getting this system, but with two hd5770 in crossfire! nice video ;D

  • Where's the point in getting a 500W PSU and if I plan to get one extra GTX295 after a month then I have to change the PSU either...

    It's not cost efficient...

  • wonder if the mem gets hot without the Heat Spreader , example ddr3 corsair dominator without Heat Spreader

  • The Dominators won't get any hotter than the regular XMS without the head spreader...

  • i might get that mobo im not sure what mobo to get because ima be running a core i7 and i wanna do some overclocking......would u say to get that

  • Get yourself an EVGA or ASUS mainboard - they just rule the World. I would suggest you EVGA because I'm a fan of this brand... And if you have some extra cash to spend on it, get yourself EVGA Classified Series MoBo with 4-way SLI :D

But I'm really happy with the X58 LE MoBo I've got ;)

  • have you overclocked on that mobo ?

  • Current overclock @ 3.81 GHz - Turbo Mode enabled ;)

  • just because intel and nvidia advitse does not mean there better the only CPU better then the phenom II is a i7 thats all

and ati and amd will be cheaper for not advtiseing they dont need to i am no fanboy as i have gone throw like old agp cards of ati and nvidia intel and amd.

people think that because the price is higher that is going to be better well its not

they advitise same with intel and therefore the price is higher because people notice them and buy it. so ur wrong in so many ways

  • It seems you haven't done any kind of research and just talk what you think is right, a wannabe... Go and look for benchmark results comparing Intel i7 and AMD shit and you see the results - AMD get's kicked in every category... So would you please shut the fuck up and keep your thoughts in your head...

  • amd can be far faster on boot ups and games

  • Yes AMD can be perfect for retards

  • Faster CPU doesent make your computer boot faster therse days, you'r hard drive owns the bottleneck. x)

(Thats why im getting 2x Corsair P128 SSD in Raid 0)

  • Can't say that my Barracudas are shit... They're running in RAID 0 either and are pretty fast tho... ;)

  • I'm getting my parts from newegg on tuesday.

AMD phenom II x4 955 BE (3.2 Ghz)

    4 GB ddr3 1600 G.skill ripjaw ram

    XFX 5770 (juniper)

    In Win Maelstrom

    Gigabyte motherboard 790x

    OCZ fatal1ty 550 Watt PSU

  • AMD? haha good luck with that

  • ........ok?

  • watever bro ;)

  • LOL =D

  • I so badly want the Noctua NH-D14 but my Corsair Dominator 1066Mhz DDR2 RAM is too tall, and even if I would get a new motherboard and the DDR3 version of it I would have to take the heatsink wich I'm not a big fan of. And I wan't to go with ass much Corsair as I can, RAM, PSU and case. ):

  • @KapteinFruit it;s going to fit my Corsair Dominator just barly touch it.

  • Thank you very much!

  • Sweet setup!

But the videocard > I would go for the ati HD 5000 series(but thats a personal perference)

    and p.s.

Very nice song, asuming that you mixed it.

  • Thanks dude!

Yeh the song is made by me... I use the PC for music production...

Today a new remix from me either... :P

  • :D

    your welcome

please to meet Dj Mikkaav xD

    Happy new year

  • Thats a very nice remix!

  • Thank you!

  • Hey,

It seems you bought the parts from my country ^^

Finland where Jimm's PC Store is :)

I'm buying computer from them soon though i didn't know they sell their products for other countries :)

and the price is 1490 euros included monitor+mouse+keyboard+headset

  • Hello, I'm looking to get the best air cooler around to overclock my i7 920 to 4ghz, which one is the best cooler master v8, noctua NH-D14, megahelam pro or corsair H50 water cooling?????

    Thanks

  • Hi! Merry Christmas dude!

The "best" air-cooling is definately Noctua NH-D14... My stock 3.07 GHz i7-950 is clocked to 3.80 GHz (159 x 24) at the moment running only at 30 degrees Celsius idle and fans running about 950 RPM... And the NH-D14 is extremely quiet... The most noise comes from the case fans on my PC. Planning to change them for Noctua's fans either.

With one word I suggest you to take the NH-D14 because it's the best - my opinion...

  • Hey and if you want the best cooling system in the world, get yourself Swiftech's water cooling set H20-220 Ultima XT Plus.

The H20-220 Ultima XT Plus is a complete system cooling solution, including CPU, GPU, and Chipset water-blocks.

  • wish i bought a bigger case; that noctua cooler looks sick

  • Yes, and it cools dam well...
