this shoe is a fake because it was not made by Nike.

they are dated 2001 but probably made at least 6 years later than that.

only an idiot would fake an original 1987 AM1 and try to sell it as that.

I have a love affair with Nike Air Max's which began as a child back in the late 80's.

When you say that the shoes are a fake, do you mean that they are fake air max 1's posing as original 1's?

They are actually genuine Nike air max's, just a remake of the earlier model?

@sonofsolo69 i have loads of nike trainers 90s ,95s .bws and none of them have stiched lables inside and i buy my kicks from jd or footlocker all the real trainers now say nikebetterworld on the inside lable which the fakes on ebay dont,

i have 3 pairs but 1 of em i bought in a sneaker show in holland for 130 euros but the label in the shoe is kinda glued in and i have 2 pairs i bought in NY and theyn are stiched in? But as far as i know they're real.

@savasz32 if you have one of the same pairs as in my other videos and the label is glued in then yeah theyre probably fakes, i dont have any post 2007 AM1s but i think they glue the label in now and maybe stich the inside i dont know.

Just bought some air max 1s, and the box they came in was smaller than usual and haggard as you like, which was a straight give away that they were fakes. But the quality of these fakes are actually really good, the only thing that shows they are fake is the stichting inside of the shoe, the eyeletts were "shit hot" perfect.

@kippy32 they may stitch the shoe on newer am1s i dont have any later than 2007, but pre 2008 the definitely didnt

how long would the stitching under the insole last compared to the real gluing?

i think those little holes in the bottom are the air bubbles from the fake air unit

the tag isnt able to spot anymore since nike use them now too.. so thats kinda dumb, my friend has accedently bought 3 fake pairs. he lost about 600 dollars. such a waste..
