@zhantonio ,Slim doesn't mean healthy. Look around you'd see a lot of chinese children now they are fatter than 10 or 15 years ago, they may become over weighted someday like the half population in the US.
@MrAudiopain , I love Sichuan food it's so tasty, but every dish is spicy & hot, it's just numb your taste buds. I remembered the first time we have it in the US, we didn't know what we were eating, everything was dark & red in color besides the intensive flavor. and my brother asked the waiter we didn't get one of the orders-"the lungs of the couples(?). The waiter replied,"You had it earlier, it's the appetizer." Hahaa!

@felice2442 but chinese still slim like hell...not the oil makes u fat...only junk food like KFC etc. makes u fat~

@zhantonio hi, i am chinese but i see friends10 yrs younger than me always eat oily food outside are 15-20
kilos over weight and THEY ARE ALL ON MEDICATIONS !! i volunteered in the 'Hospics' 10 yrs ago and saw
many terminally ill patients suffered a lot.. .you are still too young to appreciate the chinese saying' sickness
come through the mouth' & ' we are what we eat ".

@rosehouse32 its not spicy, but its very intense, numbing flavor, so in a way it could be worse than adding too much hot chili :)
