  • i agree with the quantity vs quality part but if someone was really overweight they could still manage to loose weight by eating less unhealthy foods

  • Do u belive in the formula 1Lb=3500 calories? If So Can U Prove It? What Studies Have Been Made To Show this Formula Applies to Anyone, no matter age, sex, medical conditions, how much to loose, medications, etc..

  • @mokugin81 Actually that was just to illustrate a point. The type of calorie, the timing and many other factors go into figuring out how many "calories" are necessary to burn 1 pound of fat. A calorie is not a calorie, but that is beyond a simple video :)

  • i see the point here but i allways get worried about what i do eat i meen i get my fruits i get my salads and vedge and meats like fish steak chicken and sometimes burgers but i just worry if i eat to much during the day ill get a horrible gut like an all day breakfast would it be okay to have one everyday ?
