Awesome job Chef !!! WOW...My story is similar to yours. I'm a classically trained chef like you. I felt that God wanted more out of me then just serving the wealthy so now I'm a chef at a recovery/homeless ministry. I do agree the monetary benefit isn't much but the benefits God gives us are out of this world. May God bless the work that you do with the homeless as every life is priceless and everyone deserves a good meal.
