  • DEAD ON! you're like the...Paul Washer of skate park evangelism...hahaha! and that's a good thing!

  • I do remember who Jesus rebuked the most was the "spiritual leaders" pharisee's, teacher's, sadducee's ... because they taught another gospel just like most of today's "preachers" "WHEN you do not get the results that YOU want using GODs Word {way} YOU will try YOUR gosple {way}" Again THANK you for this video

  • The Bible itself speaks of different "churches" simply meaning groups of believers. Let's not get caught up in semantics.

Jesus suffered so we wouldn't have to. It is NEVER his will that we be sick, or impoverished or suffering. However, he will turn that into good, if we let Him.

Our righteousness is in Jesus and because of what he accomplished on the cross. The Bible says he removed our sin, that means we are no longer bound by it.

The world needs to hear this message of acceptance.

  • @swampratzozzle

I agreed with your first point, but your second point is absurd. It may indeed be Christ's will for us to suffer, be poor, ill, or have, "bad," things happen to us. Just read what Paul went through in 2 Corinthians 11:22-28. We are never promised a life free of harm because we are Christians.

  • pray for our pastors and churches? I think Jesus started one church... not churches. So you already missed the Gospel. Jesus said "I will build MY church."

    not MY churches............. sheeeesh

  • @singapore7773

Here in America, we refer to local gatherings of believers as, "churches." So, I'm not being unfaithful or untrue to Christ's design of His church.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism You make my point for me... The question is, why do we refer to our local church as" churches".... because we start a new church anytime we feel like it... and now we have 1000s of churches and no one is the wiser... But Jesus did not say thus. He said.... "father let them be one"..... Who needs Jesus when we got our local churches....... sheeeeesh.

  • @singapore7773

What do you call local congregations of believers, shepherded by elders/pastors/bishops?

  • @SkateParkEvangelism we call them many things.... Mostly

    St Marys

    St Patricks

    St Francis

    HOLY NAME parish

    St Josephs

    HOLY ROSARY parish

  • @singapore7773

Ah, you're a Catholic. Now it all makes sense.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism yes one faith one baptism one lord of all. I think Paul said .

without unity u mite as well be an atheist

  • I just would like to comment to all the comments that have been post on here....doesn't the bible say in Matt. 3-4 this "Why do you look a the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your eye? How can you say to your brother, "Let me take the speck out of your eye.' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? I'm not trying to offend anybody, but we are all humans and we are not perfect, but just because a pastor is not behaving or doing what he is

  • @Ladorie

The Bible also says that we should mark those who cause division (Romans 16:17), that we should test the teaching of people (1 John 4), and that there will be teachers in these days that tickle the ears but have no substance (2 Timothy 4).

The context of the verses you cited is to not be a hypocrite and address your own sins first. That's all.

  • Interesting post. I agree that most of the messages in the video were not appropriate for churches. But I would make one exception. While I cannot stand the prosperity gospel preachers like Joel Osteen, it is true that God does have a plan for each of His children. The plan may very well involve suffering, though. Just as Jesus suffered, sometimes His children must also suffer. Yet this does not change the fact that He does have a plan and can use all of us if we let Him.

  • Churches of men, let My children go!...

No more feed them, for I, alone, shall feed them...

Let them go, so I may purge them and make them clean.

They are My treasure, and I shall steal them away...

Even they who receive of Me, in whom I come to dwell in truth...

    In sincere love...

    In humbleness...

    Penitent...

With a new and contrite heart... A right spirit ~ The Lord

HEAR the Word of the Lord to this FINAL age. trumpetcallofgodonline . com or my channel

  • Keep in faith, fast, and pray and healing will come to you. I know this, because I myself am a healer, and He has shown me what I must do to heal.

  • Allow me to Address each one of your Questions you asked in Video,

Q1: what would you see? what would you hear?

A: In What Church? Could be Hell fire and Brimstone, or Your Going to HELL, or most commonly Pay your Tithes and Plant a Money seed.

The Fact is, Church is a Las Vegas Poker table, The odds are in favor of the Dealer ( preacher). , church is a Cult, If you want to hear and see the Miracles of Christ? STAY AT HOME, And Conduct your ( church) in a Closet on your Knees as demanded

  • @RaySeekford

What's your take on Hebrews 10:24-25 where it says that we should not forsake assembling ourselves together? Or how God has put pastors/elders/bishops in place to shepherd local gatherings of believers?

Or, are you one of those who openly defies Scripture and sinfully refuses to go to church for worship with other believers, under church authority and discipline?

  • @SkateParkEvangelism ,, I see your into Censorship.. or I would have answered ALl your Questions, yet you will delete most prior to being heard, Yet I will entertain your Posted Question to me. "Hebrews 10:24-25"Dare I point out that the verse in question says nothing about worship, nothing about services and nothing about a church. In addition to not being a command, it is not even a complete sentence in most translations.KJV renders it as follows:not forsaking the assembling of ourselves /TBC

  • TBC.2nd part.

not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching.

Forsake means to give up, to quit, to leave, to abandon. It implies finality. Here it refers to stopping a practice. It does not refer to "perfect (or imper-fecO attendance" at a religious ceremony, or Church, (following)

Assembling means coming together, meeting together, or gathering together. Notice that the word is "

  • @RaySeekford Thank you soo much for that comment. I was just talking to someone about the same thing. This scripture is use so frequently out of context. Thank you for clarifying that verse. Why do so people feel worshipping God has got to be in a building? Jesus said, "Where two or three are gathered in my name...I am in the midst of them. We our the church, We are Gods lively stones being built upon the foundation of Jesus Christ who is the Chief cornerstone. You can have service anywhere.

  • @PCSLIM55

Matthew 18:20 is in the context of church discipline and reconciling brothers, not a prescription for being able to become a local body of believers.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism "Touching and Agreeing" I dont see this scripture as church discipline or reconciliation. Hhmmm? A prescription? I see it as a resolution of "faith" between people who believe in the substance of things hope for, the "evidence" of things not yet seen. I would tell fellow Christians and non-christians to have faith in the one who die for you and shed his precious blood for you; to repent/confess your sins and receive the real "Healer" Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour!

  • @PCSLIM55 The Bible speaks many times about the Ekklesia, "the calling out", the Church and the order of worship, ordinances. You don't have to be inside of a building, but the aversion to corporate worship is not God's plan. To Baptize, to execute the Lord's Supper, collect the Offering, go out to the Lost and tell the gospel, and all other functions is better done in an orderly fashion. God is a God of order.

  • "assembling" and not "the assembly". People today often say that Hebrews 10:25 teaches us that we are not to forsake "the assembly", which means Sunday Church services in today's vernacular. This is not the message!

Yet as far as your Church goes?allow me to direct you to :Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

  • Matthew 6:6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door..

Does Not Say go to a Public building that has molten images on the walls, for this is where god is waiting,,, Im sorry,,ah, no im Not,, Psalms 118:8 tells me what I need to know, not you,, if I need Guidance? thats why I have a bible, and the Holy Spirit will guide me, your Tumor will only grow bigger as your your faith in Man healers widens in desperation. Get on your knees, Go to your Closet, he is there, he is waiting to healu

  • @RaySeekford

I didn't log in yesterday, that was why your comments hadn't been approved yet. I would like an apology for your insinuation.

One more question: Do you have a pastor to whom you submit and who knows you personally?

  • @SkateParkEvangelism I submit to NO MAN,,Psalms 118:8.. My insinuation? you were Offended? to the point of requesting an apology from me?hmmm. where does christ ever ask for an apology from a man? or for that matter, any apostle?, yet I ask you, post the statement that Insulted you and your ego. show the pebble the crushed your bones.

  • @RaySeekford

You called me a fake and said I censored inappropriately. Under the principles of Matthew 18, I wan you to reconcile things.

But, given that you submit to the teaching of no man, I doubt that you will do this.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism Okay,,About the Fake statement? you might be, this is entirely My Opinion and I stand by it without waiver, Do I have this Right? and as for the Censor Part? You IN FACT DO censor your Post by Proof reading them b4 you allow them on your video Page. AM I RIGHT AGAIN?

so, what have I done that was malicious enough to have offended you to the point you want an Apology from me? I am within the scope of human rights and observations, and I will not apologies for my Beliefs.

  • @RaySeekford

If I'm a Christian and you're a Christian, and I say something is true like, "I have a brain tumor," and you choose to not believe it, that is accusing me of lying (sinning). A false charge like that warrants an apology for reconciliation. It is your opinion to believe I am lying, but if you are wrong, then you are the one sinning here, and need to repent.

And I do moderate my posts for profanity and obscene content. I let ego and foolishness through.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism .Now you have assumed I am a christian. I have Posted hundreds of messages and numerous videos on you tube, and I have never once typed I am a christian, yet you believe that I am,, so in point I quote you"A false charge like that warrants an apology for reconciliation. It is your opinion to believe I am lying, but if you are wrong, then you are the one sinning here, and need to repent..Sir I resent your name calling charge that I am a christian, please apologize ASAP.

  • @RaySeekford

Hence why I started my reply with the word, "if," not knowing for certain whether or not you were a Christian.

  • I hear what your saying, but why would you make such a fuss about ministers that you know cant help you. You know God is the only Healer! but I was never taught to go to a man/woman to be healed. The testimony is in the...who healed me. Romans 8 (the whole chapter by the way) talks about being led the Spirit. In John 14, Jesus testifys the witness of the Holy Spirit and his purpose for man and the church. It is for man to turn to his Creator and to learn to worship him in spirit and in truth.

  • @PCSLIM55

I brought these videos up because there are tons of people who do go to churches for healing, and wind up seeing and hearing this sort of nonsense, silliness, and irreverence.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism I know its been said many times, but arent you being a little sarcastic about being healed by these Pastors your portraying to be "healers"? They never seemed to me as being in a so-called "Healing Ministry"? A lot of these "Preachers" speak about, "Faith in God" and "Doing the Work of the Lord"...but you said that you would not go to them to be healed. Is it to demean their character as Pastors or their platform as Ministers of the Gospel? You tell me? I dont know...

  • @PCSLIM55

I never said they were my healers. Instead, I'm saying, "If someone went to someone like this for healing, whether physical or spiritual, what would they see?"

  • @SkateParkEvangelism No, you didnt say that they were your healers..you said, suppose if I came to your church for a healing and hear something like this...and in addition you exhibited a host of distasteful, bizzare and out of order leaders doing their own thing. Your question was to the Christians and to those who discerned, righteously. What should be done or how should we take action. First of all I would not go to them, secondly I would warn others to beware and thirdly, Pray for myself!

  • Good video....its all the consequence of moving away from Scripture AND Christian Tradition... The "re-invention" of the "Christian Wheel."

    No thank you-

Patribus enim Credo quia Scripturae Credo.

  • Very important message. I hope it bears fruit for the kingdom.

It's been 18 months since you posted this video.

I want to know how YOU are doing.

  • @yeshua4U

I'm doing well overall. The doctor believes that the tumor has killed itself (praise God) and I just need some minimal ongoing treatment to help make up for some things. We keep an eye on it with annual (or semi-annual) MRIs.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism I am glad to hear this good news.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism lol, praise god but no thanks for the doctor or medical science that actually did something.

Also, there are no theists in hospital waiting rooms.

  • @yeshua4U

I'm doing pretty well, overall, when it comes to my health. It looks like the tumor is dead or will not require surgery, praise God.

  • This video you've made is nonsense. You've selectively taken bits and pieces of messages from other ministries, inserted spoofs, and continually used them as rhetoric for your hypothetical "what if" positions. That's the same contextual selectivity that the news, and others on YT, takes in trying to convey a viewpoint.

  • @Tsuruta1

But are my comments true, or not?

  • @SkateParkEvangelism Not. :) To purposely not view an entire message from start to finish, and/or pull any part of any message out of context and insert suggestive spoofs in it's place, and to argue with hypothetical supposition is terrible witnessing for Christ. Now I don't watch Joel Osteen for example, but if he speaks a message., I'll hear it in it's entirety for true discernment, and even that still cannot tell me all that's involved in the vision of Lakewood Church.

  • @Tsuruta1

And why would you believe that I didn't watch these messages in their entirety, or took them out of context? Because, believe me, I did watch them, and took them within their context for pure discernment.

And who says my situation is hypothetical? Haven't you seen sick people line up outside faith healers, for instance, only to go away rejected? Check Justin Peters' website, for exaple.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism Then if you've seen any messages in full fine, let any message you've heard in full be heard by others as well. But you still inserted spoofs to mislead others. And yes I've seen people give testimonies of being healed, blessed financially, and demons cast out of people. I'll only speak of what I've witnessed at my church, I'll not speak on churches that I've not attended.

  • @Tsuruta1

What spoofs did I add? And what church do you attend?

  • @SkateParkEvangelism Never mind what church I belong to, you'll only likely to scorn it as you have done to others. To add, I didn't ask about yours. Playback your clip if you want to see the spoofs. My point is, that if you know how churches are to operate, how pastors are to lead, how the Word of God is be ministered, then perhaps it's time for you to pastor and open a church yourself. Not to be mean or ugly, but that's a tremendous responsibility that I don't believe you could handle.

  • @Tsuruta1

Anyone can know how churches are to operate, pastors are to lead, and the Word of God is to be administered by READING THE BIBLE. It's pretty simple if we look at things like 1 Timothy, Titus, and the other Epistles to find out how they should lead or what things should be done. And since I sit under the guidance of a good pastor and do not yet qualify for the role of pastor, I'm fine for now. The childish argument of, "If you don't like it, you do it," doesn't apply.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism You may consider it "childish" if you wish, and you can read the Bible all you want. I sit under a good pastor too, that doesn't mean one is qualified to BE one later in life. You say "you're fine for now", I'd like to see when you've been accused and/or accosted by others that were under your leadership, just like Jesus when the Sandhedrin refused to believe He was the Messiah, or when Paul endured the hardships and then beheaded for his ministry.

  • @Tsuruta1

I certainly hope you're not saying that some of these preachers would be categorized alongside Jesus and Paul, because many of them don't qualify.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism No, what I'm saying as I've said already, it's a major undertaking to be a pastor. And sometimes a pastor, and I mean a senior pastor especially, will pay a "a Paul's Price" for the leadership they been assigned. I can send you clips as an example on that.

  • @Tsuruta1 You are right on with this. Why waste countless hours on a video pointing out the speck in others' eyes and miss an opportunity of a lifetime to be used by God for something much more purposeful.

  • @bcub8

You now owe Rick Warren a nickel for using the P-word.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism Great one! I do want you to know I am praying that God will do what only He can do with your tumor. Obviously you are a brother in Christ and I respect your view as well! Thanks for responding and God bless you.

  • @Tsuruta1 Mormons, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Jehovah's Witnesses, Buddhists...they all have healings, demons casted out, financial blessings. Are they correct because of that? If you say no, then your own argument crumbles. We know true teachers from false ones based on what they preach: their doctrine. And also their behavior. Again, the only way to know is to compare what people say in the name of God to the Word of God. You are missing the forest for the trees here...

  • @RockSprites Then if you how churches are to operate, how pastors are to lead, why didn't God give you the job??

  • The devil created religion, there is only one true church, and that is in Jesus Christ. All ive seen in your video is man made beliefs. I'm a bible christian and i believe in SOUND bible doctrine, do you? you showed this video and it makes me wonder, have you read the bible page to page and tried to discern the truth with studying it. We all die, if you believe in Jesus Christ then there should be no question you r saved, but it appears from this video that you are not harsh words but the truth

  • @harkconen

Rest assured, I'm soundly saved. I posted this video to provide some context for what people encounter in many modern churches today.

  • As a follower of Christ I refuse to walk into a building with a "T" on top. The unregenerate christian can call these places churches and insist I attend but that will never happen.

  • Religion offers violence, and fairytales. Here are some statistics, 00.2 inmates are freethinkers, countries that are the most religious are the most dangerous and corrupt, and religious people have lover IQ's. No matter how you add it up, you can't argue with the numbers. Just Google these statistics and you will see this is not make believe like religions. If you don't believe these facts, then Google must have got it wrong. Join the Freethinkers movement around you area.

  • God is real & His Word is true, I know He can heal you. But if your looking to man to find God; you will always be let down, Jer. 17 Cursed is the man who trust in man & makes flesh his strength, he shall be like a shrub in the desert & will not see when good comes. Vs. 7 Blessed is the man who trust in the Lord he will be like tree planted by the water & will not fear heat nor be anxious in the year of drought. Nor cease from yeilding fruit. This tumor is not from God. Trust in the Lord.

  • Thanks for this thoguht provoking video. It is truly sad to see what passes for church these days. I pray that I never give in to the false teachings that these people will have to answer for.

    God bless... Pastor Mark

  • All warriors die. Some javelins go on forever.

Your life will end. How you lived and the things you did will impact humanity. Depending on what you did may be remembered forever.

I don't know about heaven and hell. Those concepts don't appeal to my reason. What appeals to reason is that you will be remembered. There are many dead people who have an impact on my life. Their ideas and actions made my life better.

So how you lived will be how you are remembered.

  • It's easy to point out what others are doing wrong - and some of these bufoons make it too easy. But this video fails to deliver by showing what should be heard.

  • @Scottydog1756

Sometimes we don't provide the solutions along with pointing out the problems. Check out my other videos to see what else I'm doing.

  • Son, Don't let Bentlet or any of trhese other Snake Oil Salesmen get near any of your prayers of yourself being healed. Go to another place to pray and ask the LORD to throw out all Satan and his followers out of your house and then say your prayers for yourself to be healed. Satan and these Snake oil salesmen can get attached to your prayers by you thinking of them or thinking dislike for them. I will pray for you, but most of all keep these snake oil salesmen away from your prayers for sure.

  • AWESOME VIDEO!! The TRUTH army is forming behind Jesus!

  • I have found that my faith is strongest when I stop listening to people talk about God. It is a personal relationship for me. I do enjoy Joel Osteen. I think he is very uplifting. I felt nothing at my local church. Televangelist for the most part are killing Christianity in America. The do not inspire followers. They inspire the opposite.

  • @pal98111

Joel Osteen is a false teacher and should be avoided. He teaches the prosperity gospel, which is unbiblical and wrong.

And just because you felt nothing at your church does not make leaving your church acceptable. You need to have a good church home that teaches biblical truth in an expository manner.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism king david was rich. soloman was rich. job was rich. abraham was rich. so why cant someone who believes in God.?

ok .. if you had a son, would you want him to live broke and have nothing??? or have life in abundance?? i know what id want for my son.

  • @MILLSPRO123

I never said that a Christian can't be rich. But promising people riches if they come to Christ is wrong on so many levels.

First, that's never promised in the Bible. Second, it makes wealth the draw card for coming to Christ. Third, if it doesn't happen, it can dash people's faith or presents God as a liar.

And to answer your last questions, I would rather my children be saved than wealthy. They could be dirt-poor, but as long as they are born again, that's what matters.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism oh yea obviosly they gotta have God first. but that wasnt the argument !! so dont try get smart wid me!! but yea i hear what your saying tho. valid point. peple only look to God for material things. but just do what the bible says and give a 10th off what hes given. and if want to give more in faith. then thats between you and God.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism oh yea obviosly they gotta have God first. but that wasnt the argument !! so dont try get smart wid me!! but yea i hear what your saying tho. valid point. peple only look to God for material things. but just do what the bible says and give a 10th off what hes given. and if u want to give more in faith. then thats between you and God.

  • @MILLSPRO123

You were arguing that I didn't think people should get rich. Yes, or no: Do you have faith in the prosperity gospel that is taught by Osteen, Jakes, and others?

  • @SkateParkEvangelism i belive the bible... the bible says God will give you the desires of your heart. whats your desires? nice house nice car? nothing wrong with that.

if you was sick God would want you to have money to pay that bill.

basically dont let money rule you. you rule the money. let money be a by product.

the issue is people want the BLESSINGS but dont want the BLESSER.

  • @MILLSPRO123 Ppl don't just look to GOD for material things. Ppl look to GOD for wisdom, for love, for hope that He will come soon and put an end to this wicked world with all it's wicked pastors. Who are you to talk to the man who made this video that way.

Their are real Christians in this world. JESUS said If You Love Me then Keep My Commandments. Ppl who look to JESUS like He's some big santa in the sky are gonna have their part in Scheol. I wouldn't give any of those pastors a dime.

  • @MILLSPRO123 Because Jesus said "Pick uo your cross and follow Me" Christians are not supposed to get their rewards in this life. We're supposed to serve in this life, and get our rewards at the Bema in Eternity with JESUS. JESUS is our reward.

You can't love Mammom (money) and JESUS. JESUS will take care of His own, but that doesn't mean make them rich. And you're not going to get rich by giving some apostate preacher your money. That's Witchcraft.

  • @pal98111 you got a imaginary friend in your head...most kids realize there are no imaginary friends when they are 8....you are nothing but a grown up with a 8 year olds mental capacity. That is why I won't debate you or any other christians...because you are stupid...

  • who is the last idiot who says he won't visit his folk in the hospital?

  • @kushisaac

That would be Perry Noble. You can read more about his history if you google, "Pajama Pages."

  • alot but not all churches are bad, you need to find a good old bible orthodox, or catholic, and pray morning afternoon and evening, ask jesus to help and guid you, live like the older christians from the past lived, not like todays live, after 911 are country is becoming evil and dirty, need to shut off the tv most of the time, and live basic.

  • So this is what happens at protestant services.

  • @rowsofvoices9

No, this is what happens in churches where people cast aside the Bible, for the most part.

  • my friend i will pray for you, thanks for the good word!

  • go to God first and ask him to direct your life

  • Thank you for making this, this was wonderful.

  • This is definitely a question we need to consider. But, in regards to God having a wonderful plan for our life, I think that is true. If you consider life to be only about here and now, then that message wouldn't apply to a man like this. But, if you consider life to be eternal and can help this man understand that....it will help.

  • @themarcusallen

You're right that God does have a wonderful plan for our life, but it has to be within the context of Scripture. Too many preachers hit Romans 8:28, but stay far away from John 15:18 or 2 Timothy 3:12. They don't explain how someone can have joy and peace, yet be beaten, imprisoned, and perhaps martyred. That's the big problem.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism - Excellent Video and Powerful message.

  • The charismatic movement is not evangelical and obviously ridiculous. Not every second of every sermon is going to apply to every situation. You could probably find clips from whatever preacher you listen to/like and make it look bad, too.

  • @themarcusallen

You're right, but here's the catch: these videos were taken within context and are not one-offs.

  • The charismatic movement is not evangelical and obviously ridiculous. Not every second of every sermon is going to apply to every situation. You could probably find clips from whatever preacher you listen to/like and make it look bad, too.

  • @themarcusallen I listen to many of these pastor's on a frequent basis. This is generally what they preach anyway. Rick Warren preaches a false Gospel. It's very sad. If a few seconds of your sermon are lies, that leaven affects everything else anyway. God is not the author or father of lies. That's some one else.

  • it says in the bible to be aware of false teachings...

  • Hello Youtube,

Everyone who is reading this comment, please click on my username for my videos I made about the The Truth of the World. I have found out what the truth of life is, the truth of the world, and the truth of God. Please, I really want people to watch and listen what I have to say. No more living in false reality, no more living in illusions, no more thinking there is no way out......its time to lead your life into The Truth of the World!!!!!!!!!

I love our Lord!!! God bless!!

  • Does reading the story of the Tower of babel make you reliaze that religion is total BS. Why would God feel so insecure that he thinks man can build a tower to reach into the heavens, that he has to come down and stop man from building the tower.

  • @olh1152

Sorry, I don't follow your logic here. The point of the Tower of Babel was that man had become exceedingly prideful and sinful, so God gave us all different languages as a punishment. Why would that make me doubt my faith?

  • @SkateParkEvangelism, why would god feel so insecure about man building a tower? can man build a tower to reach god at all in the heavens? think on that one for a few minutes. it just shows how silly god acted that he had to leave heaven to come to earth and confound man with different languages if you really believe that is the cause of many languages.

  • @olh1152

It's not about insecurity, it's about justice. You see, when man behaves sinfully, God punishes them. Sometimes this punishment comes during someone's life, sometimes it comes in the afterlife through punishment in Hell.

In this particular case, because mankind was being prideful in saying that they would build a tower to Heaven, He decided to execute His judgment by giving people different languages. God is not insecure about anything, but He is perfectly just and righteous.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism, call it what you want. i will call it insecurity or another fable told by the book of all fables, the bible.

  • @olh1152

And you can likewise call it what you want, too. No one can make you believe the truth; you have the liberty to be wrong in your beliefs.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism, I laugh when you say you believe the truth. The muslin, the hindu, the buddhist, the rasta, the baptist, the methodist, the seven day adventist, the jehovah witness, the pentecostal, all claim to have the truth. Which one is right? All of them cannot be right. I chose to believe none.

  • @olh1152

That's one way of looking at it. Or, of course, if you find the one that's right, you don't have to keep looking or discount everything. Just remember with math that there's a million wrong answers and only one right one to 2 + 2 =.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism, your logic here is flawed. There is many numbers that can be added to get 4. For example 1.2 + 2.8 = 4. See my point. You think you may have the truth, but think again my friend.

  • @olh1152

What? You must not have read what I wrote, or something else is off.

I said that there is one right answer to the math question of 2+2, not that there are an infinite amount of sums of numbers that will add to 4. In other words, while you could try "5" "10" or anything else to fit my equation, once you hit, "4," you don't have to keep on trying different numbers. You have found the truth. 2+2=4.

Likewise, Christianity is the one true faith, and Jesus is the only way to Heaven.

  • @olh1152 Yes, but 71+865.45 will never equal 4. That's the point. You cannot take numbers that do not equal 4 and get 4.

  • @SkateParkEvangelism

Christian, brother, may God bless you and heal you!!! Thanks a lot for this video. there are lots of churches and Christians in America, who are being deceived. And the Holy Spirit is grieving seeing how they twisted the Word and God's truth. America needs to repent. Christians should stand against these lies. Who is going to pull out hos souls from the pit of hell?

With great love in Christ, brother Slava, from a Ukrainian church in Federal Way, WA.

  • Yeah,it's a shame what is being passed off as the Gospel nowadays. What happened to what Paul told Timothy about preaching the word?

  • does anybody care about souls anymore...those so called "ministers" of Jesus...unconverted, lieing, blaspheming, cold hearted, evil wicked doers preaching nothing but lies, curses and threats. I really hate these men, those souls they are preaching unto are being let go by God, and first and foremost important, those "preachers" are defiling God's holy name to the max. i cant believe tis

  • i am so angry at these stupid pastors. There ministry is a circus, its defiling God's holy name, they are unbiblical, no grace shines in their life and they need to get kicked off along with their man centred false gospel just like our Lord kicked those merchants off the synagogue. We need to be faithful to our Lord and have a zeal for his throne

  • An outstanding video that really exposes the depths to which the church has sunk in recent years. And the kinds of hijinks and antics you reveal here are being aped by churches everywhere on a smaller, low budget scale. As a longtime, dedicated Christian I've shaken the dust from my feet and left institutional churchianity, which had become a stumbling block to my own growth and evangelizing. Me and many others are pressing on in Christ outside the whitewashed walls of the sepulchres. -- Gary

  • This is a VERY powerful and sobering message. Thank you.

  • A few weeks back, I learned that I have a brain tumor.

I pray you get well my friend. There's no safer place than with your real family., the ones that truely love you. Pray with them and seek him together. Where are the true disciples today? Who has really died to self? You've now been given eyes to see things clearly and know whats really important in your life. Your in my prayers. The answer is in love.always

    god bless you man!

  • Great clip, brother! It's about time. I hope all is well with your health. I believe in healing- just not the circus acts we see in a lot of churches. You and your family will be in my prayers. Stay strong!

  • It makes me sad, to know that it's true. We have been made out to be fools and scamers, it's no wonder so many live like the world. They don't really know Jesus, they just think they do because of these false prophets (teachers). What can we do? I know we should pray for them, but everytime a scandal happens. Atheists jump all over it, and start spouting off, how foolish we are that we're just stupid for following, and as if he (false teacher) represented all christians.

    God Bless

  • There is a famine in the land ,,of WORD and it is getting worse as we inch closer to the great apostasy in these last days. People are getting a watered down gospel without the power of Christ to save. Where is the sound teaching and not just messages people want to hear to make them "feel good" or to be entertained.. Time to be aware. We are all accountable for our own growth in the truth. Search the Bible for the truth.

  • Well that was a nice "state of the pulpit" thing there. Sorry to hear your news man..

  • Soooo true, If you put all these people together in the same location it would like like you were at Mardi Gras!

  • When I listen to you guys all I see is brainwash.

  • Thx for the awesome video. My former pastor repeatedly made it clear from the pulpit that he hated hospitals and because he didn't have the "gift" of pastoral care, but rather was an evangelist, he basically said he wouldn't be visiting us in the hospital, were we to end up there.

    Truly a disturbed man.

So when I had knee surgery and stayed overnight, I guess I shouldn't have been shocked that only one person even came by, and zero actually waited until I was awake to see how i was.

  • Good stuff, well put together!

But I mean...Though I agree that a lot of church tactics are....awfull lol...

A LOT of these are taken waaaay out of context.

And ....as a 17 year old single girl, I just feel like saying this- I love when the church talks about sex. The Bible sure talks about it a lot. As someone who has an intense sexual past and no one who ever loved me enough to talk to me about sex...it's something God cares about that's needs addressing. Why should it be ignored?

  • mihesiarp:

Which clips do you believe were taken out of context?

I also have no problem discussing sex in terms of things like the marriage covenant found in Ephesians 5 to show the relationship between Christ and the Church. But when sex is used as the draw card to lead people into churches, as a cheap means of entertainment and a lure for the unsaved, I object. It ignores the power of the Gospel and panders to the lowest common denominator.

  • Yes, but not only is sex talked about to represent Christ and the Church as his bride...just read song of solomon...or some of paul's stuff. proverbs too. a lot of that is in reference to Christians and their sex life with their husbands/wives. you know? the bible talks about it....i think it needs to be talked about! My church did a series on sex- and hundreds of people came for that series...(you're right...mention "sex", and people are "lured".)

  • mihesiarp:

(Addressing your comments with each post here.)

Yes, the Bible does talk about sex. And it is good for believers to make sure they have a biblical understanding of it. But it is never positioned to be something to be used as a means of drawing people in, which I'll address more in my next comment.

By the way, which church do you attend?

  • Mountain Christian Church, MD

  • But the coolest thing? Hundreds of people came to christ through that series...and if it was a "draw card" or "cheap means of entertainment"....then i don't care. People met Jesus. Would you also call their salvation cheap? I'm willing to do anything short of sin to see God work in the hearts of people. I totally see where ignoring the Gospel is done a lot, and that upsets me too! But hey, instead of making videos that bash the church, why not use your 20,000 views to share the gospel, you know?

  • mihesiarp:

God can use the most awful of situations to save someone, even if it is through a sex sermon series. But saying, "hey, it worked, so let's use it again," is a pragmatic view and is not biblical.

As for bashing the church, frankly, there are several people in my video who are not a part of the church and are heretics. And the Bible calls us to be discerning and point out false doctrine.

As for sharing the Gospel, you can see how I do that in my other videos.

  • I'm not sure how you could define hundreds of people meeting Jesus as "the most awful of situations"...i can think of worse! And please explain how introducing people to Jesus and His love is not Biblical- and again, Would you call also call their salvation pragmatic?

  • mihesiarp:

Introducing people to Jesus and His love are biblical. And I rejoice for every soul that does. But. the means by which this happens may not be prescriptive or even biblical.

For example, if someone came to Christ by almost getting run over by a semi truck, would you line people up by the road to push them into traffic?

And saying, "See, it gets results!" doesn't mean it's right, either. That's the root of pragmatism.

  • And one that was taken out of context...i think it's the last clip you show? It's pastor perry noble, and it was taken from a sermon he did on serving. The message of the sermon was to explain serving...and how as christians, we are called to serve. In that clip, he was explaining his shortcomings in reguards to having the gift of mercy. He was explaining that the pastor is not called to do everything- and how he is no more important (if not- less than lol) in worshiping god through serving.

  • mihesiarp:

The context of the clip was clear--Noble generally doesn't visit people in hospitals and generally dislikes his congregants (the entire clip shows this more). It shows serious problems with his attitude and perhaps his theology.

Additionally, after listening to his preaching, reading his blog, and seeing other things on the web about him, I am convinced that Noble is a false teacher. I recommend looking up, "Pajama Pages," and reading through the commentary there.

  • Also, I'd be interested to hear your take on Mark 9:40. Really. No tricks or anything- I'm really just interested.

  • mihesiarp:

I love Mark 9:40 for showing how many different people can reach people for Christ. If they preach the Gospel and go to totally different directions into different areas, it's wonderful that Christ is being spread (Romans 10).

But your question implies that those in my video are actually preaching the Gospel. Instead, many of them preach a man-centered, works-oriented, neonomian Gospel. Their message says, "The good news is that God wants you to love Him and help others."

  • Clips out of context is not a good way to make a point. Sorry Charlie.

  • bengalibob:

Please tell me what was taken out of context and what is in error.

  • In order to meet your request, I will need to know where you pulled your information from, sources and view them in context. Only then can I intelligently respond to your question. I have thought of the many 'one off' comments I have made and how someone could have easily taken them out of context. And if you do provide me the sources, I will definitely review them and respond.

  • Let me also state, for clarity's sake that I did NOT say you did take the clips out of context, though I guess at least one or two were, thus the statement 'clips out of context is not a good way to make a point'. I also did not say that you do not have a good point, because you probably do. Also, at least one of the minister's is no longer in the ministry as they were exposed for the sinful life, lifestyle, and false ministry, you may be aware of that.

  • bengalibob:

Saying, "Clips out of context is not a good way to make a point," intimates that I have taken them out of context. And for you to later say that you would need the sources to determine how they were taken out of context shows that you could not logically make your first original statement. If you need the source to see if they were taken out of context, you cannot declare them to be out of context.

And, yes, I am aware of the current situation of most of these pastors. Thank you.

  • Sir, this was very good. The Answer to your healing is in God's Word. By his stripes we are healed, if you can have faith In his Word and His ability to heal you, then you shall be healed. God Bless you

  • Its about time someone posted a video like this one. The only thing is, I wish it is given exposure to a wider audience. Perhaps a lengthier one for a TV documentary or even the big screen. - like farenheit 911!! Something to really wake people up.

  • My opinion on the question has less to do with the church or people in it and more to do with the person with the brain tumor ...Most honest people would assume that they become more concerned with themselves and have less tolerance for what they percieve as trivial matters .. Doesn't mean we should forego lunch or trtivilalize it .. it can and has been used by jesus as a witnessing tool .Whatever our need .truth is apart from it existing regardless of it ,lest we seek the thing we want to hear

  • all i will say is if God can talk to a donkey, wat else can he do??!!

  • SPE has some good points but most of this video is ridiculous in that it is impossible to say what a particular person/church/theology is like if you just take 1o or 20 sec's out of their life and mean spiritedly paste it all together to make a point about something you have a grudge over. shame on you.

  • Paul8033:

Here's the real question--is there truth in these 1 to 20 second clips? Are these clips accurate representations of their churches and theology? And, if you had a life-threatening disease and happened to see some of this activity, what would you think?

  • There is some truth in almost any short clip of even the most ridiculous doctrine or theology. But no i don't think, for the most part, that everyone visiting a church thinks that everything they hear in that church is THE Truth because I think most of us acknowledge that we don't have the inside word on what is THE entire Truth. Neither do i think most people are that naive that they think each individual comment accurately reflect what the WHOLE think.

  • Good stuff...thanks for sharing. Churches seriously need to get a life and start focusing on the basics. None of this fancy crap and bull that we see especially in american churches.

  • Friend, that is a powerful expose' of the garbage that is being presented in the name of Christianity! Remember, what you have exposed is the counterfeit, not the real thing. Satan has always had his counterfeits, even in Moses day. As a pastor, I want to thank you for posting this video. You are in my prayers.

  • wow-very thought provoking. Too many churches today are wasting opportunities and precious time.

  • Boy, that sounds a lot like some of the churches I have been in.

  • Good video, very clever and you are so right! many churches today are more concerned with making money, fame for the pastor, and getting in crowds even if it means compromising Christian beliefs.

  • James 4:4

You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. - The "church" is a harlot. It is Not the Church at all. While people are waiting for some one, great event that leads a multitue astray, they fail to recognize the gradual comprimise they have made into the world. What constitutes for "church" today is Blaspheme in our perfect holy Lord's eyes. Jesus have mercy

  • a minister who is spiritually-minded instead of carnally-minded will tell you that death is a Christian's friend. we are strangers on this earth, passing through. our Esau (who God HATES) is already being slaughtered by Jacob (Christ in us; 2 Cor 13:5), and that Esau with all his wickedness will be finally and ultimately buried in that grave with us. thank you for this message.

  • 4:30 where your making fun of pastor steven furtrick.....guess what buddy. hes just geeting his hair done while your stero typing so uhh yeah looks like your a siiner to.

  • doiloveuanymore246:

I had a little trouble understanding your comment here, but I think I get the gist.

The problem isn't that he's getting his hair done, and that is no sin in and of itself. Listen to his words and see what the focus of that video clip is, and why I would put it up.

  • After watching this I wept. The Bible says that in the last days the church would become materialistic and self centered and it is. I left organized church for all the reasons you stated.

Please don't look to sinners for the answers.

Look to God, He will never disappoint.

If you will truly seek Him He says He will show Himself to you. He did for me, I was once an atheist.

I will pray for your tumor to be healed. Remember this Jesus loved you to death.

If only you could know His love.

  • Hello, I am not a believer in god/gods yet I want to tell you that whatever your belief is....my heart goes out to you and your family. As part of my human family and out of genuine kindness...I love you...thank you for softening my heart with you video

  • TheBearAtheist:

Thanks for your kindness. As I've said to many of my atheist/agnostic friends, I appreciate sincerity in someone saying, "Hey, I may not be a Christian or even remotely religious, but I want you to know I care." And I'm glad my video made an impact for you. Check out my other videos if you get the chance.

  • While seeing this, I kept thinking, "Well, you are showing a lot of clips that show some of the unorthodox things churches have done to teach/minister, etc. to their flocks, things that you seems are nonsensical, frivolous, all this crazy stuff that you found in some churches. Through all that, I noticed that you're definitely and intentionally looking for something. My question to you is, what are you looking for?"

  • Patriotmom5:

If you read the notes I made about the video, it shows what I was trying to illustrate. Namely, "What would happen if someone with a life-threatening illness went into one of these churches and saw this sort of stuff?"

  • patriotmom5: i don't think the man who made this video is particularly looking for anything other than Christ, for this man obviously has an appetite for Christ, not for some humanist nonsense like "his best life now". and this message can be used by GOD to open others' hearts. i praise God that this video is here on YouTube.

  • ok Spe...you can be coy if you want but im not sure how i have categorized my self..you still have no idea what i believe so maybe drop the semantics... these things you show are wrong in YOUR opinion, are you a pastor trying to protect your flock?otherwise you are out of order as these are your brothers and you are slandering them...if you have a problem then take a witness and go confront them otherwise it's none of your business. you take scripture and twist just like the peeps in yur video

  • thoughtmocker:

You categorized yourself and have shown some of what you believe by saying that (1) you stay away from church, (2) you have disdain towards some Christians, (3) your nickname shows some cynicism, and (4) you dislike being categorized.

Now, what is your backing for saying that only a pastor has the ability to call out wrong teaching and problems in the church? Those verses I cited seem applicable to all believers.

If you care to reply back, let's keep it in e-mail from now on.

  • thoughtmocker: we are commanded to discern/test the spirits because there are many false prophets. (1 Jn 4).

if you knew the scriptures, you would discern that the teachings illustrated here do not pass the test... this is not about "SPE"s opinion! SPE has placed his witness here, and it is not only his "business," it is part of his duty if he loves his fellow men. and again, i praise God when i see Him working in the lives of others. this is witness!

  • SPE.... It's pretty obvious that i have some type of belief...you ask me the question so that your can categorize me to help you better understand if im legit or not (maybe im a member of john pipers flock, or tony jones flock,Joel Osteen or Ken Copeland etc... Sorry Dude i won't give you the satisfaction....Just address my point... i know you think you are doing God's work but you arn't like red neck said ...Don't be down on what your not up on....
