plus...( and I don't mean to defend him when he plays like vs Washington ) to all those who criticize his rebounding productivity...u should look also at how many rebounds he creates for his teammates ( as it's well showed in this video )...of course it's not very smart from a personal point of view...but it's good for the team..people should understand that this guy plays for the team not for his ego ( very rare in the NBA )

whut Leo says at 0:47 is so fkin true...he's not a post ofefense player..he shoots so well...and he's fast so...he should at least build half of his points like this...quick step..gets closer...he's tall so he can jump and look well the basket and shoot easily...
