i hate it how lars talks about writing songs like he was so vital 2 the process . hes a great drummer and his style suits the music well but james hatfield and the bassists they had over the years (especially cliff) are the main creative force in the band.. if they got another drummer theyd still sound like metallica .if james and kirk left they wouldnt be nothing.. i think lars was important in helpin drive the band but his egos far 2 big 4 sum1 just playin drums along to sum1 elses songs..

But I think Dave Mustaine or Megadeths documentary was the most screwed up. I felt bad for Dave, and feel good for him know.
