i don't think i did it right i've done it twice now and i didn't feel anything when i woke up i just felt tired i layed down as straight as possible while a nice soothing piano in the background and when i opened my eyes after 5 mins i didn't feel anything but tired like i think i did something wrong and i find it hard to imagine the light to lead me
im just trying to help when u do this u have got to be serous not as a joke and once u have got it u will be able to cancel out negative thoughts ENJOY!!!

Is this what im supposed to feel and is this the state of mind you talked about? also can I meditate too often? Is there a maximum time you would recommend for each meditation session?

@super420530 Great! When you go within you face everything that is "unresolved". This can range from inspiration thoughts to personal "demons". What triggered the emotion? What does it have to do with your life? How do you feel? What have you been thinking about or questioning? It sounds like you triggered some unsettled or suppressed emotions. Address it and advance down your path. Please keep me updated.
Just a little constructive advice here: when you are explaining all this, it's better (IMO) to not have any background noise like the music you had (although it was soothing, I got a bit distracted trying to concentrate on your instructions). But I do thank you for focusing on the absolute novice and good luck to you!

@soulfulbodymind can i listen to rap music? or rap beats? im very relaxed when i hear some rap beats on my headphones, and im extremly relaxed when i listen to Tupac.
What comes out of this? Not to be close minded or anything because I have meditated before, But What can I achive by meditating on a regular basis? I was looking into energy/chi control. Is this the same thing? Like will I be controling my energy doing this meditation? Sry Im new to this.
@mauriziosaviotti Recognizing energy is a step in "controlling" it. You must know that you can drive before getting in a car. Meditating helps you recognize your "vehicle". Once you overstand the power, then you can use it more efficiently.
