I remember I was watching this game in 1988 and then, in the bottom of the ninth, I got really tired. After Eckersley walked Davis, not 5 seconds after ball 4 was thrown, I turned off the tv like "Eh, Eckersleys on the mound. I dont even know who's comin up next to pinch hit, but theres 2 out. Its over, A's got this one. I'm going to sleep."

Thank twice for the great memories!!! Gibson's homer is the greatest World Series moment I have ever seen. I was at my Grandparents house with them and my folks. Then, I played countless games of RBI as a teenager back in the 80's if the weather was too bad to go outside. Thanks again!!!

Thanks a million times for this excellent video! Unfortunately, due to the obscene greed of Major League Baseball, no one is allowed to air this great inning, and we miss out on maybe one of the top ten all-time moments in baseball.

RBI baseball helped me relive the moment that I saw live. If you had been able to get the character to double pump between first and second, it would have been phenomenal.

@Watersmith53 We should be able to buy all the WS. MLB won't allow you to tape it or put any footage and at the same time won't allow the consumer to buy it. Ridiculous. MLB network re-airs WS games a day later with all the filler removed why can't I buy a DVD or Blu-ray of them?
