He would steal lose If we were seeing who was the strongest in the Strawhats by bounty then Usopp would be 2nd weakest(nami being weakest) while Luffy Who has pwned so many and is a DF user can beat Usopp.
Bounties are nothing more than a cash reward for capturing that person. they have NOTHING to do with how strong a person is. If bounties were the case of gauging a person's strength, there is no way Luffy would have been able to defeat Crocodile, who has a bounty of 100 million when Luffy only had 30 million.
Usopp was already in a critical health state while Luffy was practically full health, and yet he still kicked major ass.
