Just as I thought, regular XP with a lot of crappy apps installed to make it look like W7. Similar to "Vista Transformation Pack" method.

Just start googleing for Diamond Circle Dock, Diamond Click star, Diamond ViStart, ... Sidebar, ... Rocket Dock, ... Drive Icon, ... Screen Savers, ... Cursors AIO, ... TrueTransparency, ... Superbar - everything starts with Diamond!

The only cool thing about this video is the song lol (<3 Ke$ha's music). I just see an overtunned Windows XP with lots of unnecesary software. At least, you should have adjusted your icons size to match the widht on your start menu. FAIL
