Some nice pole tricks. A couple minor critiques, the part about pole dancing that makes it sensual and sexy it a woman wearing heels, and by the speed at which she is going, she would fall all over herself, granted her pole work will be good just not movement around the people. And its way sexier not to heave your self into every spin, but walking into it. Ithink you look great ON the pole, but once you touch the ground you look like you need some regular dancing classes. It looks unrehearsed and just like you are making it up as you went along and not in a good way. If I were you I would take a salsa class or something sexy like and maybe it would help you look sexier when you are transitioning back onto the pole. But that is just what I saw. do you lift weights or does the strengh come frome the practice on the pole itself?

@TheAngelsFeather You have to lift your legs and you have to use leverage to stay up there without having to actually hold yourself up there. I think it is mostly knowing how to throw your body around and use the leverage to stay up there. It looks fun but a lady slipped an broke her neck in a class for this and she died. So I wouldn't do it, if you want a fun exercise take a dance class! This is dangerous.

Anyone who doesn't think this is amazing has no clue about pole dancing!!!! It is extremely hard! you need strength and believe me it hurts, you also need bare skin to grip onto the pole! Spinning pole is much harder than a static pole aswell! Try it before you judge!

I use my skin to stick to the pole. it is a common mis conception in pole dancing that when girls are wearing shorts and a tank top, is to look like a stripper. It's not. For the most part, in pole fitness, It is simply to adhere to the pole easier.

@viviennelou keeping your grace and composure is much more complicated on a spinning pole, I created this routine on a static pole, it was moving it to a spinning pole that proved to be the biggest challenge.
