kids being able to say "oh my mom/dad said im not allowed to play that" is the most powerful statement and action that the law can ever produce. when a child decide to do things that is against family ettiquttes then you failed as a parent. i grew up in japan. kids there are allowed to buy controlled substance like alcohol/cigarrette. when kids buy it, the store clerk honors the child for going shopping for their elder. with no restriction, kids in japan dont care about buying it for themself.

I am nearly 21 and I have never stabbed, shot, killed or raped anyone, and only attack people if they are attacking someone else who did not do anything. Video games have always helped me blow of steam, and have actually stopped me going insane and killing people.
