I hope they didnt yell at the dad the entire interview because that obviously wont fix anything for the future. My dad was almost the same way when I was smaller, except he wasnt as scary or 'in tour face' like this guy. He took anger management and learned to control himself. After a month of separation, my mom let my dad back into the household, and since (now 10yrs later) my dad has tremendously improved. Only love can repair a flaw and I hope that's what happened in this case. I love my dad

My dad needs to see this. Then he needs to take off his blinkers and SEE that he is exactly the same person because he doesn't even admit that he's a bully. My dad pulls my mum's and my hair. And throws us onto the floor and says it's not abuse because he didn't throw the punch, the floor did. But just the other day I heard mum scream at him for kicking her. I wonder how he'll defend that one.

There are so many terrible fathers out there. Kudos to the strong women that put up with this bullshit and keep the kids protected, fed and clothed. But this doesn't mean that there aren't psychologically-abusive mothers out there who bully their husbands and kids. Women who control their kids with sugar (setting them up for alcoholism / other addictions) just to make them stop crying or satisfy their minds temporarily.
