Nice long video; makes good "background noise" at work near Thanksgiving. I made "Alton Brown turkey" (as described on the "Romancing the Bird" episode of Good Eats) last Christmas, and it was awesome! I plan to prepare the Thanksgiving turkey that way this year.

I love AB! He's so funny; I love his stand up routine even though he's teaching them about cooking. I can't believe the audience didn't laugh at some of the jokes that he did! You're great, Alton - you taught me that cooking wasn't so bad; I used to hate it; now I really enjoy it! It really makes a difference when you know WHY you're doing what your doing in an application.
