Death note is pretty damned good. Would 100% recommend this, i bummed it muchly when i watched it.

Cowboy bebop and Witchblade are worth a watch as well.

Guyver is a classic and they've recently re-made it.

Hellsing Ultimate is awesome and is a remake of the original Hellsing series. Thoroughly enjoyed watching this and the animation and voice acting in it is excellent.

Last Exile is worth a watch and a pretty decent series.

I just got into anime and I have the same problem as you. I have a hard time finding anime's worthwhile watching.

Anyway... My favorites so far are: Elfen Lied, Wolf's Rain and FullMetal Alchemist. Must warn you though, Elfen Lied is pretty bloody.

Maybe you could recommend me one:)

i almost forgot to tell you about the ultamate anime sieries. trigun is the shiznick. my favorite science fiction anime though you don't actualy find out its science fiction until later. most of the time it just seems like a kick ass gun fighter thing.

i have had this camera about a month now, if you need any tips on how to use it, just ask away, still learning myself, i also reccomend using widescreen! it may look squashed while recording but looks so much better once its up on edit, take care x :D

SWEET! i definitely will. and i'll try widescreen too, i didn't know the cam had widescreen to be honest. lol. i never read directions, i hate to, i prefer figuring it out on my own, but i haven't really messed with it yet. and i only buy dvds in widescreen so this'll be tight. thanks :D

once i have something i really like i will but when it comes to movies that i'm serious about making i'm kind of a perfectionist lol. so anything i might post, wouldn't be anywhere near what i'd actually want. cuz it would cost too much money, and i'd actually have to be able to direct it. anyone willing to act for me presently, most likely, wouldn't like me telling them they're not doing it right lol so i'll just have to see. but i appreciate the interest

i agree fully, its a very difficult industry to get into im still in the begging borrowing stealing phase, organizing a day filming takes alot of work, and luck, earlier this year i worked with keira knightley and sienna miller, and that gives me the advantage of people thinking i take my work seriously, but my budgets are still pence, i have to work with what is available! :(

that's cool you got to work with keira knightley, i'm not sure who the other person is but i'd probably recognize them. in order to get to a point where we can actually make movies the way we invision them is basically to get someone with a lot of money to believe in our idea and make one movie that most people would like, like m. night did with the sixth sense. easier said than done. but i'm still gonna try lol
