exelente 4x4 aunque me gusta mas el diseño del hummer pero mecanicamente el megacruiser tiene calidad toyota y creo q puede superar facilmente a un hummer, pero no entiendo por q casi no se venden
You know as a Hummer H1 fan I realy like this car. Espiacilly when it steers from the back also. The H1 had that steering problem but Tayota fixed it. BUT, It looks kinda ugly and I think the H1 is better. Not because it's american though...
The Megacrusier is made by Toyota of Japan. You're getting countries mixed up. Toyota japan products typically have very high build quality. Mitsubishi originally licensed parts of the HMMWV design from AM General, which became this project. The division was sold to Toyota. They only made a few hundred civilian models. The H1 still has higher GVW and cargo capacity. As an H1 owner I wouldn't mind one these. It uses the Turbo Diesel from a Hino truck, I imagine it'll be similar to a BT4 cummins.
o.k. guys, shure it's good off-road, has lockers and four wheel steering ,but it's lacking in one thing:image.only range rover can tick all the boxes, and it's this that makes it the best!
No, Defenders are awesome, but when it comes to reliability there's no contest, Toyota wins hands down... and this is from an ex Defender owner and current Range Rover Sport Supercharged owner. There's also the area of racing, Land Rovers aren't famous for winning the Baja 1000, Toyota is.
Take a H1, give it legendary Toyota off-road capability and reliability, and 4-wheel steering... pure win.
Personally I'd like different headlights and the grill should say Toyota" instead of the Global Logo... like my FJ40's and FJ Cruiser do... but wow, this may be my next collection in my TLC fleet.
The Mega Cruiser was actually designed at the exact same time as the original Humvee for the Japanese military, as they couldn't import Humvees for their own use. Besides, Toyota did it better anyway.
k mal lo descuntinuaron :(

Toyota is better qualitty and its stronger
and it got a smaller turn ratio
it got many buttons that make it better offroad
i like american cars because they are better looking

The mega-cruiser was toyota's way of saying "yes we can make SUVs that take up 2 lanes and 10 parkins spaces too! but we can do it better.
