One guy I know called this Sammo's worst film but his worst belongs to an installment of the Chinese equivalent to the Three Little Ninja movies that were made in American. I think the film was Pop Eye something (although it was spelt as Popey for legal reasons ala his 1984 directorial effort Owl vs. Bumbo).
Wow! The only one to leave a comment here. I thought this fight was amazing. Ridley Tsui as the murderer who was obsessed with batman and murdering gay people was a weird but cool. Thanks for the post.
It's kinda ironic when you think about it since Batman (in the '60s TV show) was a camp figure and people like to make homosexual jokes about him with Robin.

It was Wong Jing's idea to have the serial killer be obsessed with Batman.
Batman was a big hit in Hong Kong so Jing wanted to capitalize on the success.
