hey dude i wanna buy a rc f/a18 could u plz tell me which one is better exceed, art tech or hc hobby. my budget is $300 so do u know the best rc f/a18 that would be the fastest, durable and most agile. i would be rally grateful
The exceed I would buy before the Art-tech, the one flying in this is a Starmax with 1300mah battery, flies and glides well, good first edf, not super fast, but more than enough. Want faster, have to go to a 4 cell really, but the Stamax from hobby lobby is fine, or anywhere, and Exceed
Thanks a lot, formation is so hard to do, much harder than it looks. Much easier in a closed circuit, with defined course almost. Want to practice lots with these to do it with our 60 size warbirds. 1 or two videos already of that, but more to come
We're actually doing it with foam for practice to eventually try some larger stuff. Our Miss America Mustangs we have done a little bit but need lots of room, but we'll have some video of more practice with those soon. Turbine jets, of course would be pretty scary to do this with. If you don't care much about dropping a few grand, you buy the planes and I'll get a buddy who can fly the other one lol
That F-18 flies nice and smooth! Sweet formation video! ;) Keep'um coming! I have to say this was one of the last vid's I watched, but now I have watched it 3 times! ;) Keeps me fixed till I get my plane up in the air... CG problems... :( /watch?v=AUeIP24-6Wc
Oh yah, need the flying fix. Thanks man, F18 is a great plane, hobbylobby and cheap but get it without the radio and put your own stuff in, if you can, radio as usual on these is crap.
I wish my buddies could fly that steady. They cant fly for there lives no offense but are getting better all the time. I hate it how twitch these planes are in formation but i love flying and this vid.
just takes practice, flying slow and controlled is much harder than fast. Thanks a lot, watch for more, and subscribe if you want to see the jet rally later this summer, TURBINES hehe
great flying guys!!
