Is 3/4" plywood the standard for the subfloor? Can you use 1/2"? And if so, what things do i need to consider?

@Lauette1 Hi yes 3/4 is best if you go any lighter the floor will feel spongy when you walk on it .The other thing to do would be add more framing underneath .
