je me posait une question quand je fais une roulade de parkour il a un os dans le bas de mon dos qui percute a chaque fois le sol donc c pour savoir comment faire pour que ça n'arrive plus merci

@thetistbap Comment faire ? Tout simplement l'entrainement, des potes ont mis 2 ans pour maitriser la roulade, et encore, ils s'entrainaient H24 ! Tappe urban apocalypse revelation tu les verras, leur roulade sont parfaites !
