dev mode its a sorta cheat mode

@MasterCheifXbox its the console u hav 2 go 2 properties then type in "-console" after halo.exe then u can play singleplayer maps and if u right"-devmode" u can do cheats like dis mutherfucker

ahebrawi yes it is. But the person who is made this video is playing Halo Custom Edition. So you need Halo Combat Evovled PC so you can play Halo Custom Edition which is where you can play user created maps and things.
