When you posted this up, I told you this was from 1986. MrJohhnyv1993 uploaded the opening to the 1987 VHS of "The Reluctant Dragon", which has the same opening as this, so I'm starting to think I was wrong, and that you were right, that this is from 1987.
I always found it strange why they redubbed the entire classic Winnie-the-Pooh opening sequence, but now I know; it was cause they re-cast the narrator voice, and they wanted the whole thing to sound consistent!
The narrator, Sebastian Cabot died shortly after doing The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and I really don't know what happened to Sterling Holloway, altough he died in 1992.

@Copper20 I believe the narrator is Laurie Main, who also served as host/narrator for "Welcome To Pooh Corner".
