that's alright, it's not that easy to understand anyway. but i guess the most important thing to realize is that everyone in the movie is somehow related to Paul when you really think about it.

people r more important than material things

thats why in the end they all give their things to the new family that moves in

cause theyve realized they dont need it anymore
