I don't know if my tenants are hacking at the walls every day with an axe, but I am constantly repairing their houses. And buying furniture is a pain. Actually, buying anything is a pain. Who ever heard of a ship that only sells like 2 items? Incredibly annoying. Go back to the menu system in Fable 2, it makes so much more sense.
