It actually is. Or any character's for that matter; the choice of actor and the acting are extremely important if one wants to make the character believable. Check out the first Resident Evil for an example. Though I praise BB's english voices, which are, from what I've heard so far, of great quality compared to most (SF4 anyone ?), I don't go around downvoting those who don't.

I think Ragna's English VA is fine actually. Jin's Japanese VA is terrible imo, doesnt seem like he really captures Jin's cold personality as well as the English VA. Only thing about Jin's English VA I dont like is against Ragna (which is the worst thing about Jins Japanese VA as well... ugh). In story mode he sounds pretty legit crazy like he should be but ingame it sounds kind of awkward. Like he wants to be crazy and keep his cool personality at the same time... its weird.

That is indeed the case and the only reason I use the move 'cause though I have no clue how to control Bang in that mode. It only plays in the console version though. The arcade version doesn't have the theme song playing.

Late response is late, but yes, this music starts when you use the move, unless you are playing in an arcade, in which case it won't. It repeats ilke this until the round ends.
