  • Funny looking kitchen.

  • My dear a lamb is a baby sheep. That beast is like a prize bull...

  • You loody talk too much woman,

  • Perfect wife.

  • crazy woman, talking too much instead working!

  • and thats why women arent sort out bye in this industry

  • Lamb is nice, but I prefer Goat meat. They are easier to raise than sheep. Nice job on the cutting. I get hungry just watching this.

  • say what? you do not have butchers shops in Texas ??? sorry but I can not believe that that sounds like a ludicrous statement to me. But then I must confess, I have never been to Texas

  • Julia was right - the chick is completely vapid.

  • wtf....u do it very very wrong lady.....but....u have a talent...how about your man?

  • I would def sleep with one eye open with her in the same house!!!

  • She really hasn't got a clue. She cut off the two 'gigots' like she was handling chicken drums.

From Texas to New York seems to be a gigantic move for the lady, now she's gotta come to Europe to get so more education about what meat really is.

  • You arent butcher .. :D lol.. idiot

  • The WORST butchering I've seen in a long time! As a butcher myself that makes me want to cry!

  • @TheJexy85 If she didn't do it right post a video on how to butcher a lamb then. I would appreciate the multiple viewpoints; and hey why not show how to butcher a beef carcass and a pig carcasse too!

  • @TheJexy85 Post a video here and let other people judge how good you are!

  • lol y r u puffing lady...

  • Gloves....... Seriously wise up!! Why wud a butcher wear gloves with raw meat!

Wash hands before and after is perfect! Spaz

  • nice, but the out of sync audio ruins it

  • please do not touch meat in bare hand without wearing gloves

  • i realy enjoy the minted lamb butchers sell but i feel sick watchnghow its prepared nether the less good job=]

  • I have seen plenty of this type of slaughter and mostly the animal is still awake and struggling, making noise well after the blood has stopped coming out. I also feel the religious ritual factor is particularly insulting be it jewish or muslim when done in a country that is not the place of that culture or peoples. Mostly the west, EU US UK ect.

  • Is killed in a humane way or by disgusting cruel halal or kosher mumbo jumbo method?

  • @rushymoto cuts in the jugular might look gory but it is humane where the animal pass out from rapid blood pressure drop and die. Percussion stunning which is the industry standard and is meant for the safety of the operators as you dont need 10 blokes pinning down a cow.

  • Nice job. Thank you Mam, very informative and well presented.

  • wtf your a shit butcher !!!

  • @killthemaster100 What a terrific comment! I mean.. It has it all: the F-word the S-word, few exclamation points and No orthography at all.

If it also had any merit, it would probably have been rated waay up there by now.

  • not a real fan of the stabbing technique

  • Hot butcher!!! whats ya number :)

  • wonderful wonderful butcher shop lol

easy for you to say ...tell that to the lamb

  • @Gerogiancounty the lamb is Dead, dummy.. and even if it were alive, you can say to it whatever you want and it won't make no difference to the the lamb - I hope I don't need to point out why... or do i?

  • Great job, getting ready to butcher one tonight and you were very helpful and encouraging. Thanks btw ignore the haters who posted otherwise :)

  • hey respect this lady , she is nice enough to do great Job for us lamb connoisseur ... for all the haters shut the hell up!!!! Good Job Lady, you are in fact doing just fine.... keep up the good work.

  • I CAN CUT THAT LAMB WITH MY EYES CLOSED IN 4 MINUTES,BET ON ME

  • @agapitonosis Very Impressive! And great use of caps too! Say, how quickly can you cut.. say uhhm.... your wrists? Try and Let us know!

  • what a dumb bitch! anyone knows where there lamb pieces come from..... the fucking butcher.

  • Meat and Obsession :O

  • you havent got a clue my dear

  • Great job lady I have been in the industry for 20 years now and these are the cuts we have done for that amount of time. But they have now been refined for bulk production

  • great video! if you do what you love, then you don't work a day in your life.

  • shit butcher

  • nasty

  • welsh butcher here.......wot the fuck did u do 2 that poor lamb ...bored the thing 2 death prob ........come 2 wales luv ...show u real butchers x

  • what the hell shut up bitch you suck, learn how to sharpen a knife ya mole

  • she looks fucking insane man! face twitching away, shaky hands

  • two much talk crap from her

  • It's cool too see a female butcYoer, but to be a critic it seems like you have a lack of experience especially with how too cut and the way u hold your knife... looks very uncomfortable. If you want too know of an awesome very skilled butcher shop, check out Harter House Supermarkets "Missouri", we are famous for our meat... come in and you will see why.

  • Looks like a Japanese movie how her mouth doesn’t match up with what she is saying. Also she’s so unskilled with a knife she’s going to end up stabbing herself for sure.

  • Not very informative at all.

  • Thats why I dont wanna get married... Women n knives... doesnt go along =(

  • a little intense relax

  • She's so out of breath, maybe if she shut her mouth for a moment she can catch her breath. Notice how she throws out the unwanted piece of meat, as if it was a dirty diaper. We don't care about her life. All we want to know is how to butcher.

  • 15 bucks a pound? to hell with that!

  • I had no idea she was so unattractive. A unattractive, unkind, narcissistic user. what a gal. blech.

  • @oriana647 Are you a vegetarian?? Just curious

  • no offending comments ,she'll use this knife to cut off u r didlo.lol

  • Julie Powell was played by Amy Adams in the movie Julie & Julia.

  • hmm...

  • you fuck the lamb

  • Yum. That'd be kind of... interesting... to fresh butcher your meal, eh? Eh, what do I know... I'd do it though.

  • Love the way she cuts the meat toward her body - maybe she's lost a finger by now?

  • ahwwww, she is so happy that she can cut a poor lamb in piecies. its her vocation!!! really wonderful woman. :DDD

  • This woman sure does talk alot....just like her blog - a load of horse dung!

  • aww, poor lamb. :(

  • @IronManu77 you dickwad...stop ur preaching no1 gives a shit....who made u a prophet...telling every1 wats right and wats wrong....live and let live dumbass.

tru a mostly veggie diet is healthier, but y bring religion into it...i kno loads of hindus hu eat meat daily...ur not a special exclusive group! oh and ur one of them...uv tried meat....dyu smell hypocrisy?

  • sooooooooooo sad we live in the year 2010 wtf

  • lower your prices, lambchops for a little piece. jeeze what the fuck.

  • This would have been better if not for the shitastic video quality... terrible audio syncing, ridiculous video stutter, etc.

  • ignorante

  • just get on with it

  • IronManu77 said, "You don't kill anything when you eat fruits. Fruits are the by products of the living tree or plant. You don't kill anything when you eat vegetables, because the plant stays intact."

Manu, wrong again. You can't survive solely off of fruit. Protein is required. And sorry we own a large farm. Replanting is necessary because plants dies when the veggie is constantly picked. Their reproductive parts are in your belly. And we have mango trees nothing live forever.

  • I eat oysters all the time, they are alive when I eat them. Teeth still intact. Before we use a blade to cut down animals as well as veggies. We used stones. Do you have a problem with that too.

Remember that same blade is used to kill veggies too. Are you ashamed of the death you caused?

  • @12quillemall5321 Human beings are more conscious about their environment than any other living creature, hence they feel more pain and can associate and empathize with the pain of others. An animal would probably just stand and watch you get slaughtered and continue eating its grass. You on the other hand will have that element inside you screaming to you that 'something is wrong'. I am Hindu, I have tasted meat, but mostly I am vegetarian. If possible, reduce your meat intake..it is bad.

  • @IronManu77 Sorry that your religion has blinded your way of viewing the earth. Be like me. Don't believe in the unknown. Nothing inside of me says it's wrong to enjoy what I cultivate, or pay for another to grow. You have been affected by your beliefs, not reality. Did you know vegetarians have a shorter life span?

  • @12quillemall5321 My religion has opened my eyes. I know a lot about Greek and Christian culture too. My roots go back thousands and thousands of years. I said reduce your meat intake. I never said don't stop it entirely, but it seems in Western culture people need to have some sort of meat in every dish they eat. Now that is unhealthy, especially looking at the fact that the meat you eat is farm raised and not wild.

  • @IronManu77 I agree that you should not eat meat all day long. Neither should you solely eat fruits and veggies. Everything in moderation. That why my family lives to be 100 years old or more. And sorry I don't have any special religion I prescribe to. And I eat wild and raised organic meats, fish, fruits, and veggies. Next excuse?

  • @IronManu77 You're stupid on 2 levels: biochemistry, and religion. Stop dictating to people and go pray to the fruit basket in the sky.

  • @IronManu77 Shut up bitch !!!

  • Horrible video quality.

  • She talk to much !!!

  • land that wants to let my animals go i dont care if you want to eat meat or not so y dont you assholes get a life and leave us alone.

  • you know all of you people that worry so much about the suffering of animals how about u spend your time and money on something that could actually help people like missing and exploited children or women forced into prostition do something that could actually help mankind if someone wants to eat meat let it fucking go if you idiots ever get your way and i wake up to the government telling me i have to eat only plants for the rest of my life i will kill every mother fucker that walks onto my

  • Why do people so happily carve up innocent animals. Like humans, these animals love their children, love to copulate and enjoy nature in general. The only difference is they will not tell you 'ouch, please don't drive that sharp blade into my neck' because they can't speak, but when you are cutting them, the excruciating pain is evident from the fright in their eyes and the terrible screaming. BTW, I agree with StopSpeciesism, because having canines doesn't mean you are a carnivore.

  • @IronManu77

What a moron you are to think this way! Go back to your chemical boxed foods.

People like you are the first to complain about what has been human nature for ever, yet you probably think all your food and leather items just magically appears from the sky, or conjured up by a mage!

People that don't eat meat have to take fake substitutes in order to survive or risk serious problems.

So go back to your barfed up tofu and leave the normal people alone.

  • She might be good for cleaning up a butcher shop or sucking the butcher's dick but she sure as Hell is no good as a fucking " butcher "

  • not How to butcher a whole lamb more like Listen to some bitch talk about her book and shit

  • poor dog :(

  • That looks hard work, does no display full breakdown, bandsaws do not give nicely cut chops. suggest

    1/ take head/neck off first

2/ split lamb with a chopper on a rail, it's quicker and safer

3/ break down 1/2 sides on rail

4/ put knife in pouch not on bench ...safety

5/ hair net/cover essential, hand mesh glove recommended.

  • umm, I highly suspect you forgot to include 'how to' in these 5 mins worth of your silly, demented rant.... - honestly hon. , wtf ?

  • Your second book tanked, I'm happy about that.

  • mmmmmm laaaaaaaamb mmmmmmmmmmm (drools)

  • she takes her time doin it doesnt she lol

  • Thank you for the video! I love Lamb too!!!

  • A woman butcher? You're supposed to cook the meat, sweetie, not butcher it. This is about as much a "man's" job as it gets.

  • Comment removed

  • o my god she just destroyed the whole carcase of lamb.she shud be shown her way back to the sink!!!!

  • We're a strange species to still be doing this. It's unnecessary and unjustifiable.

  • it tastes good. that's all there is to it.

  • A human being might taste good chopped up into pieces and put in a burger as well, but that's not the point.

And no, that's definitely not all there is to it. There are moral, ethical, environmental and health justifications to be considered.

  • why?

  • Why what?

  • Why do people like yourself insist on spreading their beliefs on people/videos that dont give a shit about them?

If you dont want to eat meat thats fine by me, I enjoy eating the FLESH of another animal, I have 2 sisters and a brother that are vegetarians and they dont try to influence others in what they do!leave people alone!

  • If you said to me that slaughtering a human being was wrong, I wouldn't turn around to you and say that you're insisting on spreading your "beliefs on people/videos that dont give a shit about them".

What "people like yourself" need is for your consciousness to be raised, so you realize that you and I are animals ourselves and that it doesn't make sense for our species to dominate another. It is unjustifiable. It is immoral. It is unnecessary. If you think otherwise, state your case.

  • really, I had a hole rebuttal typed but it doesn't matter what I say because it wouldn't change a thing!I'm tired of the same old argument with people like you!have a great life...............

  • @BrideAndGroomFilmsHD we would be stranger if we didnt do it, this is how nature intended it, ur the "strange Spieces"!

  • So I'm strange according to you because I don't want to cause unnecessary harm and suffering to sentient beings and pollute the planet on a catastrophic scale? That's strange is it?

  • @BrideAndGroomFilmsHD whats the unnecessary suffering, they are killed humanely, do u know African wild dogs disembowel their prey alive, that's nature and indeed that's strange, now get over it!

  • "do u know African wild dogs disembowel their prey alive"

I can think of endless examples of nature being very cruel too. You and I are human beings, with advanced moral and intellectual capacities. How can a species call itself humane when it unnecessarily and unjustifiably causes so much misery and suffering to non-human animals?

The African wild dog needs to kill their prey to survive. We do not.

In society we have good and bad atrocities. Some we abhor and some we like.

  • @BrideAndGroomFilmsHD what examples here are u refering to when u state " unnecessarily and unjustifiably causes so much misery and suffering to non-human animals"?? This animal may have seen no misery at all and had a good life, the advanced intellect u refer too is why we breed animals for food, this is exactly why we have developed so fast, maybe u want to revert back to the old days of cowering in ur cave from large carnivores eh??

  • "what examples here are u refering to when u state " unnecessarily and unjustifiably causes so much misery and suffering to non-human animals"??"

Well obviously when a non-human animal experiences an unnecessary and unjustifiable death, painful or not.

I don't have the right to cook you and eat you, do I?

"This animal may have seen no misery at all and had a good life"

    Which is irrelevant.

  • @BrideAndGroomFilmsHD U dont because that would be illegal, u know the difference right? We would NOT be in the position we are in today ie top of the food chain, if we did not manipulate other animals, by and large we meat eaters have a conscience and treat or quarry or farm animals with dignity and respect, most animals would not exist unless harvested for human consumption!!!

  • @phoenix1916 If I had to eat human animals or non-human animals to survive I would, although I would feel bad about it. However, I don't need to and so I don't. You don't need to either, but continue to make excuses for why you do.

"we meat eaters have a conscience and treat or quarry or farm animals with dignity and respect"

This is familiar. It's what slave owners said one hundred years ago.

"most animals would not exist unless harvested for human consumption"

    Give life only to kill?

  • "the advanced intellect u refer too is why we breed animals for food"

Nobody is arguing that the situation we have today is as it is as a consequence of our evolutionary history and development as a species. I said that you and I have an advanced moral capacity to recognize that our actions that harm others and are not essential to our survival can be excluded from what we do on purely ethical grounds.

  • @BrideAndGroomFilmsHD Now again we dont u give up ur creature comforts and take ur chances with the carnivores and see how they react to ur "compassion" lol!!! What chance will farm animals have if no one wants to eat them, , this is how or domesticated system works, what happens to the millions of animals if we stop eating them, are u gonna take them in?

  • @phoenix1916 "What chance will farm animals have if no one wants to eat them?"

If farm animals are not killed for food, then they'll live. Sorry, but it's a stupid question.

  • @BrideAndGroomFilmsHD No they won't they will starve. Unwanted pets starve or are killed, in huge numbers, these are not food animals. Turn food animals into unwanted animals and they will have to fend for themselves. Most animals live amiserable hunted existence, but not most domesticated animals bred for food. Factory farming is often not good and that is what genuinely compassionate people should be focussing on.

  • @phoenix1916 "what happens to the millions of animals if we stop eating them, are u gonna take them in?"

As vegetarianism grows, the number of animals bred for food gradually will decline, since the market will no longer exist for them. Similarly, a gradual decrease would accompany the lessening demand for the breeding of companion animals. In both cases, those animals that remain will be better cared for by a more compassionate society.

  • @BrideAndGroomFilmsHD No they will NOT they will become totally extinct, u r totally turning mature on its head, yes we have manipulated to our advantage, and without that we certainly would not be here, however u would have us live in some utopian paradise, this is nonsense, i enjoy eating meat, and i enjoy hunting and to a certain extent killing my prey, just as my instincts should! Thankfully u r in a tiny minority!

  • "however u would have us live in some utopian paradise"

I don't eat animals or kill them or use them for entertainment. Am I living in a utopian paradise? I'm here on earth, in 2010, with you.

To suggest that the world would be a "utopian paradise" without the consumption of animals is a bit much.

"i enjoy eating meat, and i enjoy hunting and to a certain extent killing my prey, just as my instincts should!"

Not so sure it's your instincts. Maybe so, it doesn't justify it.

  • "Thankfully u r in a tiny minority!"

Yes, indeed. The compassionate minority are getting increasingly stronger, more quickly as the years go on. We will win.

  • @BrideAndGroomFilmsHD win what exactly???? Man will continue to eat the meat of domesticated animals for the for seeable future, no amount of repeating my sentences will change that!!! U need to get a life!

  • @phoenix1916 "win what exactly?"

Win a victory against the dark side. LOL.

In all seriousness, rights movements always win in the end. The animal rights movement is relatively new but has had major, major achievements in just the past few short decades.

It's a case of one species standing up for the rights of another. What could be more noble than that?

  • @phoenix1916 "Man will continue to eat the meat of domesticated animals for the for seeable future"

Yes, but I'm talking about the long term. There's no reason not to believe that humankind will make more strides towards a more compassionate and humane society.

"U need to get a life!"

I've never known what this phrase actually means. Anyone?

  • @BrideAndGroomFilmsHD You are a stupid fucking bitch. God dammit you should shut your fucking mouth. You make me want to vomit into a femur bone and mix it with the marrow and eat it.

  • @Bobsmithgeorgette May I ask why you posted such a hateful comment? Do you think it contributes to the discussion?

  • @BrideAndGroomFilmsHD You are not uniquely compassionate, you are simply half baked in your thinking and rather nasty minded at that. The man who kills an animal for food is not brutal, people who work in slaughterhouses are not demented maniacs, nor is the butcher who prepares the meat, nor is the one who eats it. They are all nice people. Are you? And if you think you are, are you quite sure what your motivation is?

  • @BrideAndGroomFilmsHD They can be better cared for by a compassionate society in any case, then we eat them after humanely killing them. WHat you should work on is more compassion in farming, make sure animals are well looked after before being eaten. To say that if the final result for an animal cared for by us is that it merely dies of old age is not helpful to the animal, it is a human conceit. You;ll be dressing them up in clothes next.

  • we've been eating meat for thousands of years now. farm animals are breed for a single purpose to be reared for meat or there milk or wool. just accept that. plus at slaughter they wont feel a thing i know this because i am a butcher

  • funny comments! i bet there are many 'american' and 'european' ways to butcher a lamb, all of which can be made fun of by ppl who do it differently. me, i keep the rump roasts, rib racks and the two loins intact, and bone the entire rest of the animal for stew meat and burger.

  • wot a fucking joke

  • funny american way of breaking down a lamb carcas , take a look at" butcher breaks lambs dublin" and see how a lamb is broken ion europe, also like to point out that cuttin lamb chops on a saw is utterly ridiculous the saw tears the meat and ruins it , a proper butcher cuts with his knives and only uses bandsaw as last option .....

  • bla bla bla, shut up bitch, this video is absolutely USELESS! the bitch obviously doesn't know what the fuck shes doing.

  • @goobermccreedy why cause she cant do it the same way u do it...who the fuck cares..in france and sicily they cook the whole lamb...or cut it however they want,,its not a science its fuckin food

  • @goobermccreedy lol at you

  • The audio is really behind, which is kind of annoying. The video itself is useful, though. Butchering is apparently harder than I thought!

  • how dare you cut fresh lamb chops on a band saw you ameture

  • the lamb is already marked up for you can you not do it properly

  • you should learn how to do it properly my god are you of german origine hack and slash

  • lol @ vegetarians purposedly looking at video's of how to slaughter a lamb.

  • @MariMarice And what do you mean by that? Dazzle us.

  • Wish there was more butchering.. from what she did the home butcher would end up with a gazillion rolls to roast or rosette.. some work on the chump and leg would have been nice

  • "First, not all slaughter is inhumane or barbarous."

It's unnecessary so yes it is.

All essential nutrients are easily obtained in a vegan diet. So the only reason left is PLEASURE.

"Veganism and vegetarianism are choices afforded by our wealthy nation."

Which is why I'm speaking on YOUTUBE, not speaking to starving children in a third world country. Some people there need to steal, even eat other humans just to survive. Do you advocate legalizing cannibalism and theft in wealthier nations?

  • Keep going....

"....5. to kill or slaughter inhumanly or barbarously."

You only grabbed the first definition. Definition #5 is what applies to killing animals when we have access to ethical vegan alternatives.

  • @StopSpeciesism shut up you dump jerk ,,grow up ,you want everyone to stop eating meat, than who is going to take care of all the animals,,you vegans,,i dont think so, you guys think just cause you feel a certain way everyone else should too ,,just like the gays...

  • @joee2047 Ahem WHile I agree Veggies are show offs basically, they are not like gays, thank you very much. Most gays live normal quiet lives. Veggies go around troubling others for some reason.

  • @StopSpeciesism "Inhumanely and barbarously" is the key to understanding it.

  • @StopSpeciesism People have been eating meat for thousands of years. nothing wrong with it. Humans are at the top of the food chain, if that lamb didn't want to die it should have fought back, oh wait

  • @Jethrotull32 Humans are at the top of the food chain? hmmmm...wait and see what consumes you. BTW, humans have not been eating meat for thousands of years. India is predominantly vegetarian, but only now is it changing and adopting western lifestyle of meat eating. Meat is loaded with toxins and carcinogenic compounds, but forget that, even if it wasn't i would not eat it, because you are taking life away from nature. We are not animals, but humans.

  • @IronManu77 Ok ya people havnt been eating meat since the dawn of time? All because of india right? i wont disagree with the toxins and carcinogenic compounds but the ammounts are negligable.

Theres nothing wrong with eating meat as long as its humanely raised and not over farmed.

  • @IronManu77 We have canine teeth just like most carnivores. Please explain why vegetaarians evolved to have canines and incisors? Do most animal who are vegetarians by nature have canines?

  • @12quillemall5321 Last time I checked, a gorilla was busy eating fruits and vegetation. The last time I checked a Panda was eating bamboos, and the occasional insects here and there. Last time I checked, a hippopotamus was feeding on water grass and land vegetation. Last time I checked, a fruit bat was busy eating delicious mangoes and other fruits of mango trees. Last time I checked an elephant was eating grass and vegetation. Check their dentures. Canines are useful for grasping food.

  • @IronManu77 Canine are for tearing food, mainly meats. And gorillas and large mamals do not solely eat veggies, sorry. And what about other flesh eaters? Have you told lions, dogs, cats it's a no-no to eat meat? FYI, all things have a lifeforce, which is destroyed when you eat it. What happens to the califlower cut from the plant it dies, it doesn't continue to live. Get off your high horse, and get real. You too are not pure, you're consume the dead for your benefit.

  • @12quillemall5321 You don't kill anything when you eat fruits. Fruits are the by products of the living tree or plant. You don't kill anything when you eat vegetables, because the plant stays intact. What you think you are killing is actually the juice seed harboring vessel that the plant produces. Our teeth and digestive tract are designed for eating only fruits. Tell when was the last time an apple tree or mango tree died when fruits were plucked off of it? Fruits are healthier than meat

  • @12quillemall5321 And I would like to see how many teeth remain in your mouth when you attack an animal and rip it apart using your canines and molars. You will lose 8 or 10 teeth. That should probably teach you a good lesson. A blade slicing through and animal's neck is a crime against nature.
