Jerome, most of your workouts consist of movements done without the use of external weights. You typically use bodyweight only. Are you trying to give your viewers who do not have weight equipment or access to a gym optional exercise routines...OR, is it that you feel that the various movements using one's own bodyweight will give someone's body more "FUNCTIONAL" strength, as well as good visual development? Is ur goal to make someone not just strong, but also a more functional body?
@StevenSWM Both of those reason are true. I do a lot of bodyweight exercises myself as well, since I like them better, but besides that those exercises will give you more functional strenght. Most people (especially beginners) benefit a lot more by doing bodyweight exercises.
@StevenSWM in my opinoin IT LOOKS better... it looks naturally, it is really functional FOR PEOPLE who really do sports like soccer, volleyball, tennis, climbing etc. also it is good for escaping from some unconvinient situation :DDD
@RoyalCaoCao No, bodyweight dips are just what I showed. It's the exercise, but you don't have to cross your legs. That's just the way I prefer it. The dips are the going up and down that you can see in the video.
@RoyalCaoCao I did that to state out the difference between 'triceps dips' and these dips, which work out your chest more. I used the word dips for the triceps bench dips in my earlier videos, so I thought this would be an useful addition.
hey man,

Does bodyweight dips means crossing your legs?

Let me know if this is what you mean.
jlvi13 10 months ago
@jlvi13 Oh...cause normally people just say dips. Your video mention "bodyweight" dips. So i thought it was something more effective/special.

Top job, thanks for this series! What time of day do you do most of this to avoid people hassling you?
jmurphy95 10 months ago
@jmurphy95 8.00 pm Sunday morning. Although, in one of the videos you can see a man walking his dog :) He's the only person I saw that morning.
