Carla talks about the years of political problems and war that has gone on in Africa. Leo asks what they are looking for. She tells him that they are looking for Countess Carla von Lahnstein. Carla says 'that's me'. Female Detective says that they are arresting her for handling illegal weapons!!

Leo tells her not to worry and that Ansgar won't do anything. Carla says that she is scared. Leo says that she is doing well. Carla says that it only looks like that. Elizabeth tells them that she is there to answer their questions. One of the press guys says he has a question for Carla. Carla tells them that she is happy to answer any questions they might have. Press guy asks why Lahnstein Holdings are interested in this project.

Elizabeth says that maybe Carla's words to Ansgar worked. Carla says that it would be great. Elizabeth says 'wonders can always happen'. Journalist asks if he could have a few words about the event. Carla says 'naturally'. Carla says 'we are here today because we are convinced'.....Carla says 'we are of the opinion'... Ansgar greets Carla and says how nice it is to see her here. Elizabeth greets the press, guests etc and says that she is delighted to welcome to the event today.

Carla says that they don't know how far Ansgar will go, and that he could be bluffing. Elizabeth says that she is worried for Carla, Sophia, all of them and asks her to cancel the event. Leo says that he thinks it could be dangerous. (I have to say, I'm loving Carla in this outfit today...now if she would only lose that darn hairband! :-)) Security guy says that they'll look after everything. Carla thanks them. Lady tells Carla that she is enthusiastic about the project.

I agree, Rita...Carla looks much better in more "structured" attire. The billowing or flouncy look doesn't become her.  The pants have been just right since she returned, but the blouses I haven't been too fond of. This jacket/suit combo looked really becoming on her--hairband and all ;-D

Ansgar tells her that the decision is in her hands and that all is needed is a small signature, and that she should think it over. Elizabeth says that she thinks it might be a good idea to cancel the charity event. Carla says 'no' and that it's too late for that. Also what would the public think....that they had something to hide? Leo says that he agrees with Elizabeth and he is sure that Ansgar is planning something and that she should take herself out of the firing line.

Carla says that he knows that she wasn't going to shoot him and wants them to talk it through before everything escalates. Ansgar says he wants to see the whole place go up in the air. Carla tells him to stop with the stupid sayings and that he is a parent too and to listen to his heart. Ansgar says 'are you saying that I have a heart'. Carla says that she hopes he does and that Ansgar knows that she can't leave Sophia on her own.

Ansgar asks her what is up. Tanja says that Carla will look to protect her child, like a lion would it's cub. Ansgar says that Carla is more than some animal. Tanja says that Carla impressed her and she advises Ansgar to take Carla seriously. Ansgar asks Carla if she has problems getting to sleep and if she is still shaken by her cold bloodiness from earlier. Carla asks him if they can talk. Ansgar says that he wanted to talk to her earlier but then she held a gun to his face.

Leo tells her not to think like that. Elizabeth says that Carla couldn't shoot Ansgar for the fact that she is different to him. Ansgar says that Carla would have never shot him. Tanja asks him if he is sure. Ansgar says 'but of course'. Tanja says that Ansgar underestimates Carla. Ansgar says that he knows Carla better than Tanja does.

Carla said that she nearly did and that she had looked at Ansgar and thought 'do it' and don't think it through. Leo says that they have all played with that idea. Carla says that she wasn't herself anymore and that she didn't know what she was doing. Elizabeth tells her that of course she wasn't herself and that the opportunity arose and that her nerves were frayed. Carla says that she is no better than Ansgar.

Ansgar says to Carla that he thinks that they should talk about it. Ansgar says that the gun isn't loaded anyway. Ansgar tells her that murder carries a few more years than handling weapons. Carla tells him to shut his mouth. Carla tells him that she can't put with his stupid sayings etc but that she can't even kill him. Carla tells him to get out. Elizabeth tells her to calm down and that she didn't shoot Ansgar.
