  • Yeah! Actually, my wife and I both really LOVE your music. It's deep and emotional, yet still accessible. Almost like a Radiohead meets REM.

Thanks Dan for the kind words. I'll put the CD in the mail right away. Peace

  • How was the summit? What did you see from up there? I'm planning on making the summit of Mount Charity. Any tips?

  • @cobyson100 Right now I use the EV3 and condensation is not a problem, and if there is any it's very little. This is the best 4 season single wall tent I have used.

Out performs the NorthFace Tempest 23 Single wall. In addition, there are 2 air vents in the top that you can unzip and adjust to let air in or out, but even when kept closed condensation has never been a big issue.

The material the EV3 in breatheable, letting air in and moisture out!

  • @cobyson100 . Thanks for your comments. Yea Mountain Hardwear makes some of the best 4 season tents on the planet. It's strange how one learns something new on each climb that you can use on the next trip.

Last time I was on Rainier, didn't get past Camp Muir. Still was a epic trip. On Rainier, if you have a weakness it will expose it.

Right now I'm saving up for the EV2 for the lighter trips.

  • @level2seven " tanzanians are poor but they know that tents are important for quality and durability on the mountain"

    You are so right on.

When your life is on the line. A good tent can be the difference between being stuck at 12,000 ft in the freezing Ice and snow but inside your "Mountain Hardwear" tent you can survive until the storm front passes through.

  • The future of Tents is here and it called "Single Wall".

Lighter, waterproof and easier to set-up. This tent meet all my needs.

  • it seems like a good tent, but im not a fun of the no rainfly idea

  • The Mountain Hardwear EV3 is the Real Deal Tent, that I could trust in a snow storm at 10,000 ft. Not so sure about the LL Beam . . . as far as looks, I chose function over beauty when my life is on the line . . . . .

  • I must say Mountain Hardware tents are becoming uglier looking. I'll think I will will pass on those BIG name brand tents. I'll get an LL Bean Backcountry Dome 3 Tent. Much nicer. Sorry BIG Name Bob! :))

  • The three dudes in the background are hilarious. These tents are the Bomb.
