  • I was one of Sifu Lee's first students. Yes, the styles blend together but in reality, there's not much difference. More with some styles, but less difference with others. His forms look excellent here.

  • this is somewhat different than the tiger crane form that i am learning

  • I went to his school before. He supposedly knows 18 or 20 different styles of Kung Fu. But honestly, there's no way that you can know so many styles that are so different and perform all of them properly. There's too much bleeding over of other styles. I did learn a lot of good foundation level stuff though that's universal for all styles. But I must admit this Fu Hok doesn't seem right.

  • Agreed. I think its very hard to really know so many styles and be good at all of them totally. But I think he might've been rushing this particular demo thats why it looks weird, he's kinda punching and retracting too fast, where Hung Gar forms are to be performed to look solid and clear.

  • this seems like a misrepresentation of fu hok.

lee does some sort of mantis, wonder where this was picked up.

  • i think he teaches a lot of styles or something.
