It's "Because I Told You So" by Jonatha Brooke. You'll find it on her CD "10 Cent Wings", although the version they're dancing to isn't the album version.

Matt! that's a beautiful dance and the chereography is great..so much things happens at once and it's really interesting to watch. you can still see some hip hop moves in this dance but it's still very lyrical..you managed to take two different styles and create something really unique.

He's saying i usually do hip hop pieces... and this wasn't at all hip hop. So by him saying "we're gonna go from hip hop to lyrical right now" was just him transitioning the two styles, it didn't mean that this piece contained both though. =D
