At Marist College in Poughkeepsie they will not hire you if you are also teaching a course at another college. Now what is the rational behind that? greed ..... it's like teaching at one of the American for profit institutions. It takes 1 and 1/2 students to pay the instructor's salary for the class..... pitiful greed.
