  • i have been doing this for 3 weeks, and i have been eating right, and sleeping in the night, and i have lost 3 kg. i have not lost much kg, but my clothes are to big for me now! hehe, my body have a more beautyful shape now, and i feel so good :D

  • @musicmovie101 This isnt about loosing weight like mad, its about shaping your body, strengthening your stamina. You need to be patient, eat smart and exercise regularly to see results, no fast short cuts. I have been doing that for 2 weeks now and I have lost about 1,5kg. Its healthy weight loss, no yoyo effect :) Good luck and keep at it, stay strong and patient!

  • @violincejack its says fitness for beginers, you need a teacher with you to teach you the real way, though im sure you could find youtube videos to help you with that. Look up sadie and kayla videos they teach how to do it, but i dont know how well it works, i havent tried it yet.

  • @EmmaTheSilenced well it depends on you, if you cant take doing it everyday, you can do it 3-4 times a week

    but if you decide to do it everyday, that would be even better :)

  • for those that dont know this is a work out for belly dancing that mix up basic moves to make a work out....this isnt belly dancing moves its a work out thats why it looks odd...to me i do this work out every day at 7 cause...i got nothing better to do i already lost weight within 2 weeks i feel great :)

  • I just checked it out after Chinese Electric Batman recommended it, but it turned out to be more helpful than I expected.

    Only... it will get rather awkward if anyone asks you if you can dance any and all I can say is that I know how to belly dance.

    But i did Tae bo and Bootcamp Abs with BillyBlanks everyday. Im now trying this video to help me lose teh last 10-20 pounds!

  • @cowsgorawr1431 I have the same problem XD And learned that there is no such thing as spot reduction, which means losing fat in only one place. You would have to cut back on fatty foods and eat the so called "fat-burning" foods like citrus fruits and ginger. Once the fat is burned, it'll be time to tone those abs, with crunches and things like that.

  • @cowsgorawr1431 Lose fat overall. There's no other way to do it, unfortunately. You will lose belly fat when you lose other fat. Eat smaller meal portions, more fruit and veggies, stop eating 3 hours before bed, wake up early and drink a glass of water (with lemon juice if you really want to dehydrate fat cells), and exercise when you wake up to jumpstart your metabolism. Bigger, higher calorie meals earlier in the day, smaller, lower calorie meals later in the day.

  • Also: DESTRESS. Relax. Starving yourself or being stressed out over stuff will make your body hold onto fat, because it thinks it needs the extra fuel if it's in fight or flight mode. Relax, eat well, and exercise! ^ ^ Just keep at it every day, even badly, and you'll see a difference! Best of luck!

  • @vickylovesgevo You shoudn't do that! Don't eat only 600 calories but 1000 calories at least! 600 will make you underweighted and unhealthy. What is more your metabolism will slow down because you won't get enough food... So ironically you'll need more time to lose weight... Think about it.

  • @vickylovesgevo most people start seeing results in about two weeks but everyone is different. i suggest that you combine this with pilates because that tones and slims down your whole body :) try typing pop pilates. its fun and you really feel your muscles working!

  • studies show that if you workout in the moring you will burn more fat then you would during other tiimes in the dy because there being nothing in systerm first thing in the morning when your woring out your body gose stright to buring fat instead of what you just had for breakfast . if that helps anyone .

  • the only way to burn fat is to do some kind of HIIT exercise that you enjoy and eating right. Its gotta be a lifestyle to maintain it. The problem for 95% of people is when they focus to much on calorie burning or a calorie deficit get fetter once they stop. just google "your fit assist" because it explains it more.

  • The Genie Stretch may be more beneficial if you raise you back heel about halfway through-It's what we do in TeKwon Do and the stretch is felt much more :)

  • I like to mix up my workouts as I get bored very easily of just running or just doing one workout video everyday so this workout is perfect and something different. I've lost 5kg (11lbs) lost in about 2 months by doing a minimum of 1hour exercise a day (I like to do this at least twice a week). plus I'm not giving up on the second week, I actually look forward to it. and I still get my 2 biscuits with my coffee. YAY!!!

  • I always had problems keeping my exercising routings... I've always start and dont finish... nOW, ONE thing I'm always doing is dancing,... and with this videos Im in heaven, Im burning calories, toning and dancing,...why I never thought about it.... I LOVE YOU GYUS!!!... YOU ARE MY HEROS....

  • I hate working out, but this is actually something I find fun and doable. I sweat and feel the effect and burn on the muscles, I'm so happy I took up these videos as a daily workout.   • hey everyone! this really helps and when i mean it helps it REALLY DOES! i did this everyday so far for 3 months and my muscles are soo toned! i have this whole schedule ( weight loss belly dance plan) i made up of doing different belly dance workouts and the results are amazing! i started doing belly dance as a excersise but now its a hobby!

  • I love it because its challenging but its so easy to do at the same time and its fast paced so it seems like its over in no time, but when you're done you feel proud of yourself!

  • I'm doing this one and the other one with the blue clothes for one month, 5 days per week and I've lost 2 pounds. Yay.... And noooo, I don't eat fast food, I eat homemade dishes. I eat less than a cat. How disappointing. Maybe my fat has been replaced by muscles... hm... I don't know.

  • @Jayne1991 If you didn't know, muscle weighs more than fat. You've probably lost a lot of body fat and muscle has been formed. Don't be concerned by the numbers on the scale, girl! I've been doing this for a while, I'm 5'4 & weigh 123 (it yoyos between 120-126 lol), I follow the same eating diet and I look... hawt. :D lol. Don't be discouraged, and keep doing the videos! They're the best! :)
