  • Oh, wow! this is really good! Thumbs up if your still watching this on 2012!

  • man, i love this video sooo much! this and 'lost paintings' are my face castlevania vids of yours :P

  • The gamer in me wants to hold back this next bit... but show us your hands!

  • That was so creative how you did that. Making the music so powerful, confident, passionate. Then when everything was stolen from him, the music also died down, became less confident. However, twas still a passionate tune, and is somewhat inspiring considering what had just occured.

  • anyone got sheets for this?? i got lot to trade with.

  • Oicwutudidthar

  • Just one word: IMPRESSIVE!

  • I can't tell what's more impressive: your piano playing, or your gaming.

  • perfect!!

  • very awsome playing this song with video game footage. love it.

  • sad face indeed....why did it have to end

  • 90's scanlines FTW!

  • @omarcortes88 looks like emulator scanlines to me.

  • This is the greatest arrangement for this song. Why dont upload a complete version of them? I mean, without Death's dialogue.

  • Aw at the sad face at the end. TT^TT

  • gave me goosebumps.

  • you have the lapis lazuli? XD

  • oh well, guess i'll be downloading sotn from xbox live now.

  • @DrakillT True, but the 1st stage of Castlevania (the 1st for the NES) and the 2nd stage of Rondo (not stage 2', but stage 2) is also very similar, even though the story takes place in entirely different times, not 5 years like Rondo and SotN. But yea, I see what you mean.

  • @GeneralErlend If I recall correctly, in SotN, Alucard explicitly states to Maria that Castlevania (the titular castle you're running through) takes on different incarnations of itself every time it reappears. It's the same castle every time, only not really, only it is, except not really. That's why you see throwbacks like the first level of CVI appear so often.

  • lol, despite you "lost" your skills, the "crappy" version is still pretty good, and jokes XD

  • Fucking Orgasmic!

  • Wait a minute; this area is very similar to the early area of Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow. WHAT.

Also, awesome playing in both tune and game.

  • @TheIrezasRise Some of the parts in Castlevania (I mean the castle itself now) are very similar to each other in the different games. Take Rondo of Blood and compare it to SotN at 0:47 to 1:35. You will find that part of the castle pretty simiar to a part in Stage 2. Also, otside the clocktower in SotN where The Tragic Prince is played all the way to the boss, you will find it very similar to the stage after beating physical Shaft in Rondo.

  • HAHA!

  • More. More views.

  • woow.. this game is great, but what castlevania is?

  • @Wero201092 *dies* ...wh....what castlevania?! WHA.... N...No...! How can this be!?! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhh.......

Symphony of the Night.... its in the title mate. Google it....or watch youtube players play and beat the game...its the best Castlevania in my opinion.

  • @MSarrow Yes it is...

    200% :B

  • What is a pianist? A miserable little pile of secrets! But enough talk...have at you!

  • Verdegrand, this is fucking original right down to the video! :P

this is also 1 of those games I played over & over again when I was younger and I'm glad you have made this style of video for this cover! :D

  • ...oh! Hahahaha, very clever!!

  • Dracula have seen this video

  • clever, amazing, and shit

  • Haha. Cool idea.

  • ...hahahahaHAHAHAHA!! Very clever!! ^^

  • hahahahaha i didnt understoond your video until now... VERY NICE DUDE, COOL IDEA :P

  • @alvin4351

lol took me a while to realize what happened at 2:30

  • Awesome ^^

  • Best arrangement ever in piano history!!!

  • Please write the sheet music down for us!

  • nice touch when death took away your piano powers (skills) and then you re-arranged the harmony to look like it was true but... even so the end was really nice I guess that someone like you, with an amazing talent cant hide it.

  • The way you construct your harmonies is just surreal. I've never heard anyone use octave intervals in such a powerful way. I just want you to know that you've strongly influenced my piano playing, and I hope you keep your videos coming! :D

  • words can't describe what an awesome job you did to transform this piece onto the piano. Here I thought that this song was almost impossible to translate onto the piano and still sound good but you did a great job!!!

  • !!!

am loving the integration between the videogame footage here - that was some skillfull playing at the start - and quite a romantic feeling piece. the melancholy at the end though *sigh* :/

  • @daigoro789 It's supposed to be that way; it's as if Death took the player's playing skills, hence why the end section doesn't sound perfect.

  • Great song, great job!

  • fuckin win like usual

  • awesome job.love it!

  • Despite the mistakes it was a very enjoyable! Please dont stop now:P

  • You've got some thick harmonies going on there... also funny ending =)

  • Awesome!

  • Hahaha.....now you've left me wondering.

  • Wonderful! Despite the small mistakes, the lefthand work around 1.03 makes up for it! And so does the rest of the piece. The 1.38 part is spot on.

  • Oooh this is going to be good.
