here in maryland if the waves are 4 feet the life guards tell every one to go in surfers then are rounded up and sent to jail for the night the beach closes so the rest of the surfers cant get to them and if you do theres a big fat security guard waiting for people to get in the water... thank you naval jetties

This is all real. Just search "tow in surfing" and see for yourself. This is a surfing spot in Hawaii called Jaws. Search that too. Why the hell was this on ebaums? It's surfing. It's not funny, or ridiculous, it's just an awesome camera angle.

Sorry but this is not a 100 foot wave, obvious there are seudo surfers commenting here, the wave is measured from the back for starts and even the face of that wave is only 60 foot, there is no 100 foot wave (except in some very rare extreme conditions in Hawaii) and they are not surfed because you would have to surf in hurricane conditions. Whos making these comments let me guess some beach dude who carries around a surfboard and poses thinking he can surf, probably a Yank
